EPISODE 5: PRE SHOW DISCUSSION
WHAT IS IN STORE TONIGHT FOR THE CASTAWAYS??
There is much speculation going around about the challenges tonight so here is what we do know. First the reward challenge is called “Samoa Smoothies” and it is going to be a gross eating competition as only survivor can do. No one is real sure who will win this challenge and some are speculating that since Shambo is seen at camp Foa Foa then we will have another victory for Galu.
After the reward challenge we will then move on to the immunity challenge which looks like it will be just awful in the pouring down rain. Here we see a very wet team Foa Foa arrive at the challenge with their new friend Shambo. Has she somehow managed to join their team? No, but I would love to see her move over with them. She is a hard worker and yes she did lose a chicken but I didn’t see anyone else taking care of them. And then there is Russell Hantz. Man, he is strong and great at the challenges. He is the only one from Season 19 to make it to the All Stars so I cannot wait to see what he does tonight. Galu apparently wins the immunity challenge however it is unclear who is voted out. We know Russell S. leaves in a medivac and there are rumors that both tribes go to council and no one is voted out. Of course if it is just Foa Foa who goes to council the top two favorites for elimination are Jaison and Ashley with Ashley being the obvious choice to go. What do you think will happen tonight? Ashley – good to have you back. YOu sure have been going through some tough times. Did you get the book yet? Hope that GRUSSELL does not go home because of medical reasons. Don’t know why you like ShaBimbo. She is a big ZERO with me. Lots of talk, and little action. I heard a rumor that BRUSSELL is about to lose control of his tribe and replaced by somebody else, but I don’t know who it is going to be. Anyway, good job on the blog, but–you always do good work.

I read on another site that Episode 6 is when Grussell is airlifted out. I think that Liz will go because of the preview that was shown last week. She said Brussell was a liar and he said she was walking on thin ice. We have seen in the past what happens to people when they play with fire…(Marissa, Betsy) The name of the episode is “On Shaky Ground” or something like that. I think because of the editorial attention to that, Liz is Brussell’s next victim.

Foa Foa loses again! Ashley couldn’t keep down the sea slug guts. Her tribe did the right thing voting her out. However, the Worminator was the first one to fold on the immunity challenge. Guess he still has his zombies in line.
Galu-Russell did Shambo wrong. She was the first one to down her yuckysmoothie, so he sends her to FoaFoa and she missed out on the barbecue. Yeah, she lost a chicken, but he’s so helpless he can’t make fire. Wonder when the tribe will blame him for not getting the tarp?
And why does Shambo keep sharing all the clues for the immunity idols? Not that it matters, since they have both been found. I guess she feels like she’s building trust and bonding. But, I think her tribe will vote her out next chance they get.
My newest favorite is Liz. If she can totally expose the Worminator, she might be able to turn the tribe against him.

Ashley, glad that you received the book. Don’t you think that Barney has good pennmanship, and isn’t he a good looking little guy? LOL
Well, I sure hope that GRUSSELL doesn’t go home, but it doesn’t look good. When the tribes merge, BRUSSELL will get rid of Shabimbo right away. He doesn’t like her one bit, and neither do I. “I need my protein, I need my protein.” Well, girl, if you needed protein, you should have taken better care of the fishing gear, and the chicken. One thing I can’t stand is a whiney woman. Although I don’t like Brussell, he really is playing a good game. And, I understand 100% why GRUSSELL sent Shabimbo to the other side for punishment for losing the chicken. Bye, bye, Ashley. You blew it when you couldn’t keep the shake down. When are the other players, especially Mick step up and start playing the game? If GRUSSELL goes home, I am going to start routing for Jaison, and for BRUSSELL. I know that I am going over to the dark side, but HE IS A PLAYER.

This episode was pretty good. GRussel is really full of himself. He is taking Chief to a whole new level.There is really no one who stands out that I really like, but I saw a nice gesture tonight with Natalie trying to help Ashley after the challenge.

I do agree with you, though, no one is really stepping up to the plate. Even I, who hate camping out, and rain, etc., could do a better job than most of them. At least I know how to start a fire and catch fish.

49. Barney is his usual sweet, mischievious, lovable self. But—- I will probably die from too many kisses. He is really a people person, and doesn’t for one minute know that he is a dog. He is still sleeping on my head at night. ??????? When I get up in the morning, I look like my hair has been electricuted, cause it is standing on end.

#48 I agree Summer ,that Natalie may not be great at challenges but ,the part she is doing well is socially. Social skills are an important part of survivor just like physical, mental. In the end ,my vote would probably go to the person who treated me well when I needed it the most. Physically, Brussel does well but socially when he gets one on one with somebody he is nasty ,and in the end I think people dont forget that.

Why does Shambo(Gilligan) think she deserves the protein more than the rest of her tribe. They would have plenty of protein if she hadn’t lost the chicken and part of the fishing gear. Then she seperated herself from the tribe by not voting with the majority last week. They actually did her a favor by sending her to Foo Foo because she has a ready made alliance if she makes it to the merge. Unfortunately making the merge doesn’t seem likely with her poor social skills at her own camp.

The real hero of the episode was John. He made most of his coconuts in the net especially early on in the competition, wearing down Brussell much quicker. I guess all that sleep and rest paid off.

Ok. I like Shambo. I think she is hilarious. Summer, Barney is too cute. I love Sophie my maltese. She is so smart and sleeps with me. I can’t believe someone threw her out. Jeff, I agree about John. He is awesome. So super cute too. Goodnight everyone! Have to get my son to sleep.

Shambo may have messed up 3 or more times,but GRussel might have been way too harsh by sending her again with the other tribe. He knew she wasn’t going to get any food, which she earned well. Besides, GRuss hasn’t been so perfect in the challenges and reward choices.The way Shambo is treated (only Erick is genuinely friendly to her), why wouldn’t she share her clues with the other tribe? they make her feel welcome. And, her info is no good anyway, because the Idol is getting warmed up in BRussel’s pocket.

Liz crossed the snake’s path, and didn’t get bitten, and showed them she could be useful because she’s strong. She’s not stupid, either. Either way, I still like BRussel, he knows when to postpone an intended target(Liz) for his own benefit. He is the best player of his tribe.

The good thing is i found one dead chicken and bured it but didnt see the other one she killed so my husband only knows about the one chicken my bad.

Summer here in californa if you have a cnaibise card you can grow for medical purpuses only and you can grow up to six plants as long as your doctor gives you that card so even if you call he has a canabise card the cops won’t and can’t do any thing about it.
