Next time on Survivor 2014 an endangered Spencer uses Tony’s paranoia as a tool against him. After his failed attempt at playing his Idol and sneaking one past Woo, Spencer is taking a new approach to survival.
There are just seven castaways left and Tony now has the special Tyler Perry Idol which lets you write, star, and direct an unlimited number of movies. No, wait, that’s not right. It lets you save yourself after the votes have been read to avoid a situation like Spencer had last week when he used his Survivor Idol and no one voted against him.
At this rate I’ll be shocked if Tony doesn’t make it to the Final Three and if he gets that far then how do you not give him the win of Sole Survivor?
Along with all that craziness comes the Survivor Food Auction! Anyone who just went on that picnic lunch better not fall trap to any food items and needs to hold out for the big prize at the end.
We’ll keep watching for challenge spoilers ahead of next week’s show, but in the mean time check out the preview clip below to get ready.
Just ten days short of the finale Jeremiah was voted off Survivor 2014 Cagayan last night and headed off to Ponderosa. While many eliminated castaways felt sick about getting cut Jeremiah actually was! Nothing a good doctor visit couldn’t fix though.
Jeremiah lost over twenty pounds during his stint on Survivor and after his arrival at Ponderosa he went on to lose even more after coming down ill. It took a few days for him to recover and get back to his old self, but he was alright after all.
Jeremiah was upset to have lost out on the million dollar prize and blamed his game on those around him, but maybe winning a few competitions would have been a good idea too, right?
Check out Jeremiah’s Ponderosa video to see how he adjusts to leaving the game.
Survivor Cagayan: Jeremiah Arrives At Ponderosa
Another Survivor 2014 week, another impressive performance by Tony who continues to pull rabbits out of his bag of tricks. Is there a million dollars at the bottom of that bag too?
The Reward Challenge split the tribe in to two and sent them out to paddle their way to solving the right puzzle phrase. Next the castaways competed for Immunity in a balancing act that saw half of the players drop out in the first few minutes. Now we’ll just have to wait for some more excitement from that crazy, way-too-powerful Idol that’s going to keep Tony in the game with a lot of power.
Last night’s Survivor episode had a lot of great moments. Check out these pictures from last night’s episode to catch those extra moments from the show as it flew by.

There’s more Survivor fun ahead for us tonight in Episode 9, “Sitting In My Spy Shack.” We can thank kuh-razy Tony for that title as he’s rebuilt his spy station upon a foundation of paranoia that his alliance is turning on him and his chances at the million dollar prize.
After last week’s blindside of LJ, a former close ally of Tony, we’ll have to see if another alliance member will fall or if they’ll turn their attention back to the few remaining members of the New Aparri.
Tonight’s Survivor picks up with Tony building his spy shack by the water well and listening in on Jefra and Trish as they talk about Tony. Uh oh, Tony is worried that Trish thinks he’s acting too well despite saying she thinks they should stick to their alliance with Tony. Go figure.
The castaways head off to the first challenge of the night, “Rove, Rove, Rove Your Boat.” The two teams will compete to collect paddles from floating stations and return to the beach to assemble a “cool Survivor phrase.” No idea what that could be. Ah, so that’s it. “Worth Playing For.” They’ll be competing to win a picnic lunch at a destination.
Orange: Kass, Trish, Tony, & Woo.
Purple: Tasha, Jefra, Spencer, & Jeremiah.
Teams are close as they collect all their paddles and arrive back at the beach. First to solve the puzzle phrase will get the lunch trip. Kass and Woo assembling for Orange. Spencer and Tasha playing for Purple. Neither team can figure it out. Ahh, now Spencer figures it out. Who will get there first?
Purple gets the Reward win! Kass, Trish, Tony, and Woo go back to camp empty. Well not entirely empty. Tony’s head is completely full of fear.
Back at camp Trish finds a fruit tree and sends Woo up to claim a few pieces. As he tries to come down Woo takes a nasty fall but is okay. He fell HARD!
Over at the reward lunch Spencer is ready to work hard on pulling Jefra over to their side. Jefra opens up that she’s worried and that she likes the idea of sending Tony to Ponderosa.
Just as things start to crank up on talks they get letters from home. Jefra is inspired to “jump ships” after reading her letter from home. They agree to form a Final Four. They need to win Immunity to secure this new alliance!
Immunity is back up for grabs. Castaways will stand on an angled plank and balance a ball atop a small plate attached to a poll. At set intervals the players will move down the plank and lower their grip making it all more difficult.
After just three minutes four players are already out. Jefra, Trish, Tony, and then Kass.
Remaining players move down to the next phase. Four remain. Wait, hold that though. Jeremiah drops. That leaves just Woo, Tasha, and Spencer.
Players are now down to the lowest, thinnest part of the plank. Three remain after twenty minutes: Woo, Tasha, and Spencer. One of them will win Immunity.
