RECAPS AND RUMORS
Update 3: The reward and immunity challenge is separated this week. The immunity challenge is called “dueling canoes” and yes, Galu wins yet again! The challenge will be racing canoes and fishing something out of the water (puzzle pieces) and taking it back and putting the puzzle together. I am assuming it is a puzzle.
Update 2: apparently the TV Guide info is wrong and Foa Foa does lose the challenge which sends Laura over to their camp for a visit and according to my source, it is confirmed that Liz will get the boot this week.
Update 1: according to the info on my tv for Thursday’s episode, Russell H. visits Galu and not Laura to Foa Foa. So maybe Foa Foa can make a comeback and we will see Monica leave instead of Liz.
Hello everyone! I finally got to see episode 6 and I have to agree with all of you that it was boring and the worst episode of the season. Even though I am not a fan of Russell S. I did feel sorry for him. He pushed himself too hard and tried to take on everything by himself and unfortunately, that led to his demise. I do believe he would have gone a lot further in the game had he not been evacuated.
What about Erik and Mick mouthing off at tribal council? This was the highlight of the show for me and I found it funny. Foa Foa would have won the challenge had Jeff not stopped it so I have to take Mick dreamy’s side. I wish I could say the members of Foa Foa step up their game for episode 7 but it’s just not going to happen.
I don’t have a lot of spoilers for this episode. Things are being kept pretty hush-hush so far but I will update as I learn more. What I have found out is this: Most of my sources say the reward and immunity challenges are combined with Galu winning yet again. So this means that Laura visits Foa Foa and yes, she strikes a final 2 deal with Russell H. She is in such a tight alliance with Monica that I would doubt she was being serious about the deal with BRuss but we will have to wait and see.
So, if the rumors are true and Foa goes to council then we will say goodbye to Liz and if Galu does happen to lose this one, we will say bye to Monica. I like Shambo so I for one am happy to see that she is in an alliance with the guys, especially John.

June, I don’t have any idea what is going to happen tonight on the amazing race. I just watch the show like everyone else and don’t try to search for spoilers. I hope the globetrotters do well though and I like the father/son duo.

Good post, Ashley! Also glad to see Shambo join the guy alliance – she is certainly NOT a girly kind of girl. I would hate to see Liz leave – she’s one sharp cookie, which, of course, puts a big target on her back! Monica could leave anytime as far as I’m concerned – the sooner the better.
Natalie as the winner? Need to give me some time to process that spoiler. I’m still tramatized by Natalie on BB – right now I couldn’t stand to see ANYONE named Natalie win anything ever again!!! YIPES!!

Jeanne, I don’t think Shambo is in danger this week. The new leader will only last this episode and then they will merge. Can’t wait for that to happen!
blackgirl, Natalie is the last blonde chick on foa foa. I like her but she does lay low which could be a good thing because of BRuss! I am still pulling for BRuss and John though.

If Natalie wins Im good with it. Her social game is ok and it is one of the key components to win. There are 3: physical, strategy or mental, and social. Natalie has done well socially. Im ok with people laying low it is there strategy and if they win with it then it becomes a winning strategy. As far as Russel I have never been convinced he is a millionaire he lies about alot why not that. Again , I would love this time for a woman to win it has been a long time.

Hate Russel- Parvatti won the Fans vs Favorites Survivor last year. She is my favorite on the all-star cast. She did exactly as you were talking about with Natalie. Once the tribes merge the strongest will have a bullseye on their backs because of individual immunity challeges.

Amazing Race- I have a new formula for predicting who leaves. If I am right Mika and Canaan leave tonight backed up by the preview showing her panicking about going down the slide. The only ones who haven’t fit my formula were Zev and Justin who left because of the passport problem.

I felt bad for Mika last night she was realy scared. I agree that that she made a mistake coming on the show where there is always some kinda of a heights challenge. I would not go on the show because I am scared of water. I would be worst than the black chick from last season.
OK so the trotters were a little mean to her but I would have done the same thing to keep my team safe from elimination. I did not like Canaan’s behaviour towards her either when he tried to push her. I think nothing could have let her go down that slide she was really really terified.
Still dont like the the poker players and now I cant stand the gay guys. Also Megan needs to chillax she is too controlling, still like her though.

June 210, I know, it’s almost here. I heard that Joe, the jackass, Jackson is saying that they used body doubles for MJ in the film. YOu know, he never respected MJ when he was alive, and now he is trying to degrade him in death. I wish that he would crawl back under his rock and go AWAY. No one is interested in anything he has to say. What a SLIMEBALL. DWTS. The best dance of the evening for me, was Mark. Michael’s scores were too low, and I don’t think that I am being prejudiced. Donny, way too fakey for me. Mya was good, but not up to what she has done in the past. Derek is one terrific dancer, and makes anyone look good. I didn’t like Melissa’s dance, and I didn’t like Kelly’s either. I don’t agree with a lot of people about Kelly, I don’t think that she is any good. Louie, is a cutie, but he sure messed up tonight. I think that the two who should go arE Melissa and Kelly, but I am worried about Michael. And June, I AM GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU ARE MOVING. I WORRY ABOUT YOU WITH THAT NUTTY NEIGHBOR!!!

Summer- I agree with your comments on DWTS except that I didn’t like Mark’s dance. I’m leaning towards Melissa and Micheal leaving. I thought Louie and Chelsie looked great in their Mambo and got tapped out to early. Kelly looked in character in her dance which helped make the dance look better. I don’t think Louie will last much longer. It’s too bad they don’t do a fan favorite prize like BB. I think Louie would win it.

Summer- I think Joanna/Dereck and Mia/Dmitri and (gag) Donnie will be the final three. I love Julieanne Huff… (I think that’s her name) I miss her on the show for her dancing and her looks.
SYTYCD has the best group ever. They were all flawless last night. They are all so good it would be hard to pick a winner right now. They let them dance one time grouped in their own styles in an exhibition dance. The B Boys are gravity defying. They start competing tonight. I sure wish they wouldn’t put the dance shows on at the same time.

I agree w/you about Mark’s dance, it was well choreograph and executed. It is very difficult to dance without losing the rhythm and tempo at that speed and this is not counting the big ball of nerves that they are experiencing. Besides of Mark accomplishing this, he performed gymnastic tricks and was able to maintain the rhythm and speed of the dance.
I was very pleased with the dance performance of Derek and Joanna, but to be totally sincere I think that Derek can make a mop look like a dancer, the good thing is that Joanna is a good dancer and with Derek at her side she becomes a great dancer.
Jeff:
I have no hint of what you like of Kelly’s dances. Did you see how little energy she used raising her feet from the dance floor? That style of dance requires a bigger elevation of feet movements. The judges were way to lenient with her, she did not deserved the two “7’s”; three “6’s” would have been generous enough
About Donny, he is doing great, especially if you take in consideration he is competing with very young and energetic kids.
I do not understand why you dislike him so much.

DWTS – I vote to evict LEN. Mellissa was

LA. What I hate about Donnie is he and his whole family try to be so wholesome. Give me a break. No family is that wholesome, and I don’t like that kind of stuff constantly shoved down my throat. I guess the reason that I don’t catch SYTYCD is because of the time slot, and the fact that I don’t care for the fox network. Too much Bull, if you know what I mean. Only five more days until I get to see “This is It.”
The CD comes out today, and the full DVD of the show will be coming out before Christmas, so, all of you guys who can’t get to the show, will not miss anything. They say that the movie will probably gross over 250 million in the first five days, and that AEG has already made back the 60 million it cost them to buy the rights. I don’t understand why they had to buy the rights since they are the ones who made the film and the concert thing in the first place. I just hope that there is not a mob scene at the show with a lot of weirdos (besides me, hee, hee) there, so that we all get to really enjoy it.

Like this “Ensalada de Noche Buena” The last person who served it was my grandmother, of course in Christmas time. Noche Buena translates to Christmas Eve in English

I saw an interview where MJ said that he would oil the kids down, so that the beatings would hurt worse, and that he was beaten with everything, even an iron cord. There will be absolutely NO justice if that guy gets even one cent from MJ’s estate, but, I fear that the mother will give in. That really irritates me. That is so sad to hear about Paris. His kids seem so well behaved, and they are really cute. He did a good job with them. I am surprised that the Jackson kids didn’t murder their abusive father. As I said, he needs to crawl back under his rock.

L.A.- So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD) is on Fox at the same time as DWTS.It is like the American Idol of dance. Several of the pro’s on DWTS are from SYTYCD, Chelsie, Dmitri and Laci. They are professional dancers in their styles but must perform all styles to be successful.So far the show has been auditions but now they have it narrowed down to the Top 20 and they are all amazing. The contest begins tonight.

They have to play in a neutral country because of political unrest, so they both fly their teams and all the fans to the neutral country and play to a tie. GET REAL!!! All the countries of the world compete to make it. The world is divided in different zones, we are in the North America, Central America, and Caribean zone. All these countries compete among each other to be the THREE ones who will represent the zone.
Maybe you should check @Wikipedia about the history of the WC. and then we can compare notes.
Remember only 32 countries from the WHOLE WORLD get to go

June, this is the way my grandmother used to fix it:
First I let it soak for a few min. in hot water
Then I fried it w/little corn oil.
When it is lightly brown I add a little can of tomato sauce
Add water, chiquen bullion, salt of onion and salt of garlic.

PAELLA. It is from Spain, I LOVE IT. It is a yellow rice with pork meat, chiquen and a lot of different sea foods.
Last year, when I was in Mexico My aunt, and then one of my cousins took me to two differen restaurants to have it. They know that I miss a lot of food from Mexico, so when I go they try to treat me to restaurants that have foods that I can not have over here.

I can not believe it I was planning to go to the Cell Store today, also. But I realize that the weather was going to be better tomorrow and I had to wait for a long distance call.
We got my mom a cell phone because when we are shopping we go different ways, and we always have trouble finding her. But she has have it for a year and she doesn’t like it, she wants us to cancel it, she says it is too difficult, small keys , and bothers her with her hearing aid. So I decided to go and asked them if they could change her phone number to my very first cell phone a nokia (it is just like a house phone). I hope they can do it, because she insists that this modern phones are too difficult

June: I haven’t checked my E-Mails today, I did try when it was yesterday(jah!) and I wasn’t able to get in, there was a problem with the service and I got a message telling me to try in an hour. Any way, is it windy where you live?. My town got hit with some strong winds this afternoon, and since the mountains were burned recently, even if they’re not extremely close, we are getting hit with ash and dust heavily.

I think it will go down like this: Liz will go this week for playing with fire. They will merge at 8 Galu and 4 Foo Foo…(after this week) Russell in his new alliance with Laura will lead Mick,Jason and Natalie along with Monica and Kelly to vote out a strong Galutian. I think it will be John but could also be Eric, Brett, Dave or Shambo. When the tribes merge the weaker you are the better you are. Playing for individual immunity, the stronger you are the bigger the target on your back.

I have a question for you, L.A., I came across your discussion on you wanting Monica to stay and, I think it was CAT, saying that she wanted her to hit the road, is that right?.
I’m going to get in on it, if I may, I would rather see Monica leave, if that means that Foa Foa doesn’t go to Tribe Counsel. Because that would mean that Liz would have one more chance to convince her people not to vote her out next.
I think that Liz is a better player than Monica, which seems to be a bit dishonest(more than required). What do you think?.

SYTYCD was great last night.. oh what talent. It is hard for me to pick a favourite so soon unlike the judges who singled out Jacob as the best. I mean Jacob is good but dont get all hot and bothered about him so soon.

L.A. I am not Hispanic but I love Mexican food, which I first tried in California when on holiday. It’s very hard to find authentic Mexican food here. I’m a very proud first generation Canadian … mother born in Britain, father born in Holland, now both Canadian citizens. Cooper is my first name, not my last.

Oh my god my hubby dropet his debit card so i called to see if he still had the $3.00 on it and it said you have 5,920.00 and i said WHAT!!! Yes i had to call three times and its still in there cause we won our case for SSA. and they deposited it in our checking account and me and Mishelle (chelle) went shopping for close and my hubby put the rest away so we can get furnitcher for our new house.

I have visisted Fla and my kids had to keep the apt cold and then IF we went out to eat ,,the car had to be cold..I HAVE NO IMMUNE SYSTEM,, My youngest is now in the testinh…My mom still will not talk to me about it and that it it;s her fault..I am at a lost and why kick me out??
