SEA SLUG GUTS, RAIN, AND EVICTION
What a GREAT episode! This was the best one yet! From the nasty reward challenge to the pouring down rain in the immunity challenge, to the eviction of Ashley, we are closing in on the merge.
I was very impressed with Monica in the reward challenge. I thought she would wuss out and either puke or quit like Ashley but she downed that drink like a pro. And what about Ashley? She had one more gulp and Foa Foa would have sent it to tie breaker. WHAT WAS SHE THINKING?? She totally let her team down when they desperately could have used the nourishment. I think Shambo got the shaft and I didn’t care for Russell S. saying the playing field was even because she lost a chicken. Hell, he can’t even make fire. I understand they need the chickens and they want eggs but how many eggs can two chickens produce anyway? I know most of you don’t like her, but I think she is great. She is a hard worker and takes on any task that is asked of her, including taking care of the chickens. She downed her drink in one gulp and I believe she should have gotten to partake in the reward.
How about those coconuts? Russell H. did his best to hold on to his net for as long as possible. Why couldn’t foa foa make any shots? I mean, come on! Jaison and Mick look athletic and for that matter, Jaison is an athlete. They couldn’t get them in the nets and of course Galu was making the shot every time. John kicked butt, making two at a time so I know it wasn’t hard. Not taking anything away from my guy but he is more the brainy type. I was totally disappointed in foa foa. The merge should be coming up in what, 2 weeks? It is looking like there will only be 4 left out of team foa foa.
Who do you want to win it all? My favorites are Russell H., Shambo, John and Mick. I like all of them and think they are all strong competitors. It looked like Shambo hurt her hand but they never showed it however she couldn’t participate in the challenge. I didn’t see what happened so if anyone knows please enlighten me. What did you think about episode 5 and did foa foa make the right decision evicting Ashley?

I think Shambo is on the wrong team cause they hate her but need her and the other team love her and welcomed her even BRussle huged her so the dood Russel did her and the other team a favor by bringing her to the other side so she can get there votes to evice the good Russle team he is stupid because of that.

You know when you cheer your team on they start to get stong even if they are out of energy well Shambos team isnt cheering her on but the other team is so i belive when they merge she will get the other teams cheering and help each outer out and GRusslle will be pissed off and maybe be evicted off by them oh will dumb A$$ GRussle i think his pride is going to bite him in the but later.

Liz is a smart and strong player BRussle would be better off to be partnerss with her cause they are bothe strong and smart players. BRussell is the snake and Liz is the snake charmer they work well together LOL!

John and GRussell are all ways bumping heads they need to work together but instead they have there manly pride which will disstroy them later on in the game. I like John better then GRussel cause GRussel is to bossy and pridefull and that will be his down fall i think.

Still can’t stand JOHN, dont know why but there is something about him that rubs me the wrong way.
ASHLEY deserve to get the boot because she let her team down. Dont get me wrong I could not drink that sh*t but I am not playing the game.
GRUSSELL is being very arrogant. Who made him God.
BRUSSELL – love him because he is a gamer. It will be interesting to see if he makes the merge if he can manipulate the other side.
SHAMBO – felt sorry for her last night.

Great post Ashley. I am with you on the finalists, except for Shabimbo. 9. Blackgirl, you are right on, except for Shabimbo. I don’t feel sorry for a whiner. I like Eric and agree that the others need to step up. As I said on a previous post, at Least I can make fire, and catch fish, so I would be a better contestant that most of these people. 5. June. ok!! To Survivor..Ashley needed to go. I can’t get with Shambo,I’m sorry. I don’t like her..and I don’t think BRussell would get behind her[maybe to push off a cliff] ok,I smacked my own hand..lol Ash, you wrote before that BRussell getting med out. I think it happens next week from what I saw of the preview. I copied the salad recipe down and gonna try it thurs before the show..and got a notebook for Socceer. I think Liz is catching on to BRussell, and I hope she points out what he is doing. Both Russell’s are arrogant. I’m not a fan of Shambo but did feel bad for her not getting any of the reward. Although she did let a chicken out of the cage. She was funny clucking at the chicken thinking she was calling it. And to say she didn’t know chickens could fly? Please, she said she grew up around chickens and didn’t know that?

I think GRussel is silly to have justified Shambo’s penalty trip to the other tribe as he did. I think power has gone to his head and he is turning into an ineffective leader who no one really listens to or pays attention to. He could not get his own way regarding the last eviction and he choose luxury over utility because the women wanted it. Leading is about doing the right thing not a popularity contest. He needs to learn that. As the leader, he should have sent himself to the other side and set the example for the team to follow rather than thinking of himself. Shambo did her part to win immunity by drinking that rubbish stuff, you send her because of the chicken. Is he the father?! Bloody hell please!!!
Shambo I like and it is silly that the group is ostracising her as they do. When the merge happens they will realise how important she is and the power dynamics will surely change. Yoga on the beach. please. These silly yuppies need to wake the hell up – probably they will soon realise this. If not, too bad for them.

15. HEy Robin. I don’t think that BRUSSELL will allow Shabimbo to remain too long. Did you see the look that he gave to her when she was visiting? I don’t like her, because I think that she is really in love with herself. All the stuff that she says she can do, but never does i.e., fishing, understanding chickens, etc. Nope, she is too dumb for me to root for. I agree with the Yoga on the beach – I thought that this was Survivor, not Club Med. Wait for a few more days, and I will bet that the Yoga crap will stop. It would be better for them to do something around the camp to make themselves useful. I may have missed your comments before, but, if you are new, welcome to the site !!!:)

Lisa- I think that Liz will be BRussell’s next target if they loose immunity again and Jaison doesn’t self destruct.It looks like a replay of Marissa’s eviction. Marissa figured Russ out first episode and got the boot even though he had an alliance with her. Now Liz has done the same thing. Figuring things out was good but she should not have confronted him about it.
Mama d- Ricky Bobby was Will Ferrell’s character in the movie Talladega Nights so I think they drive race cars in the next episode of AR.I liked your idea of getting behind Shambo. LOL She probably knows how to fly though if you ask her.

Summer- I agree this game is not American Gladiators. One part of playing the game is inter acting socially with your fellow tribemates. Shambo has failed miserably at this unless you count kissing up to the opposing tribe. She doesn’t join them in there swimming, sunning and exercising and she votes by herself for Yas, not to mention her list of screw ups. Gilligan is on her way out!

My guess with Shamboat’s hand was her hands were freezing but not actual injury. Definitely, wrong not to let her stay and eat whoever said Russel should of sent himself over is correct, especially with a couple a weeks ago trying to act all chivalry I have daughters and a wife and Im trying to look out for the women here.I agree one of the better episodes. I believe Ashley had a hard time finishing her drink because that nasty Dave was making throwup sounds and a few others were saying crude things and she lost focus, Dave is hideous.

Agreed Ashley he is a strong competitor physically. These contestants though need to watch all prior seasons and learn there are 3 important parts to survivor :physical, mental, and social. How many seasons in the past have we seen a physically strong player make it to the end ,but couldnt get the votes to win because socially no one liked him or her. Dave lacks social, he even recognized it and said I can be arrogant , my comment to to that ‘ Dave is why?? I see nothing in his character or looks to see how he could think he could be arrogant , just a total jerk.

I am disappointed in Jaison. The pretty little girls are tougher than he is. They were just as cold and wet as he was but they weren’t crying like a little B***h. This is Survivor! At any rate don’t you know he will be screaming mad when he watches the show back and sees BRussell his “closest ally” burning his socks in Episode 1.

Hate Russell, Ashley -I agree about Dave. He want make to far with his arrogance. Also he is the old person and I am sure he is in the pecking order somewhere down the line. I kind of like the guy Brett. Brett who you say? The guy has really lied low so far and has not created enough drama to even get mentioned in the show. So far he is the ultimate floater.

Gotta agree with you Jeff on your assessment of Brent. Was just saying yesterday we know very little about this guy could be someone to watch ,just hoping there will be someone to watch. So far this season no one is really getting my vote ,last year I loved Taj , then JT, but this year wow I just keep waiting.

Summer-28 (re 19& 16) I was agreeing with you about Shambo sucking at the game. She lacks social skills. Early in the last episode, after returning from Tribal when Yaz was booted, the other girls in the tribe were addressing the same thing that she was socially awkward and has turned my girl Monica against her by voting for her instead of Yaz.

If she does, Brussell and Mick don’t like her, and Natalie and Liz… if they survive… will probably join the in crowd on the Yoga team. Shambo might have Jaison if he makes it to the merge because he is looking for somebody to be his mother figure.

Ashley: right on with your picks. I agree with you. About Shambo, I was beginning to get cold feet on her, but I’m back to liking her again. I thing that GRuss went overboard with his so called payback on her, and he should have sent over one of the non-participants. Shambo was right to be angry when she drank that repulsive shake for nothing.

Ashley – deserved to go home…she just gave up and let herself and her team down…it wasn’t like it was a race or she had to beat the clock
Jaison – whiny wimp…
Monica – is rude…being wet and cold never prevented me from being cordial to another human being
Shambo – according to my sources (see spoilers #53 and #129 of Finally Foa Foa…), she will make the merge, but not finals. It’s no secret that I don’t like her, but sending her back to FFoa was just wrong…
Erik – the only one in Galu to welcome back Shambo and IMO, displays more leadership than GRussell, now “dumb@ss” Russell ever has or could…Too bad he doesn’t make it past the merge episode
DRussell – “a real jerk” Shambo may have let out the chicken, but he continued to sit on his @ss when it was visible in their camp. He made her pay for it…Imagine if the tribe treated him the same. It’s his turn to pay for not selecting tarp, and not to be mean, but I’m looking forward to him leaving next week, even if it is on his back…He’ll be fine.
Liz – love her competitiveness…she is smart, but why question BRussell and what makes her think he will be truthful? No need to confront him, she should just play the game with the knowledge she gathers.
BRussell – great player and awesome competitor…can’t wait to see him at the end

Hey hey people…Just thought I’d pop by and see what’s up in Survivorland…I can’t believe my girl Janet’s not back yet..I was like shocked to see she isn’t back from England…and I haven’t been here in a few, so yeah…and Cat?? Where’s she? I see Ashley’s still here…so that’s cool…Fedup seems cool, but I don’t know him/her like the others…Anyways….on to the game…oh wait one more thing, June…I know you too! And I wanted to add in, I miss BB too! You’re not alone there! Oh well, at least BB12’s been picked up!! Sweeeet!! lol…ok..now to the game..
Let’s start with Russell H(Sorry I’m not doin the BRussell thing no more…lol) This guy is a gamer…I unfairly bashed him early on just because I thought he was a jackass with no clue on the game…I thought he’d be gone soon, but it looks like I was wrong about 2 of those 3 things…I still think he’s a jackass, but he IS a gamer with a plan in mind and for that I respect the guy…my only problem is, I can’t stand ego driven people…
I don’t like all the, “Oh they’re all leaving cuz of me…I’m controlling things, blah blah blah…” I thought the comment to Liz, “Oh what…you wanna go next?” was so cocky of him!! I can’t believe she didn’t run up to the rest of the tribe and say what he just said! I’ll never understand why people let others get away with things like that in this game!
Cuz let’s face it…even if he does have a plan in mind, his weakness is being confronted…he’s melted down now twice just from a 1 on 1 convo! And these aren’t even bigtime confrontations neither…we all know it can get way worse and in front of many more people…I don’t think he can hold it together…
The smart player may get mad, but to tell Liz she’s skating on thin ice for so much as saying he had the idol? Big whoop! She wasn’t blabbing to everyone about it…it was just him and her…His actions proved she was right…he may as well have just said he had it! I think once the game sees stronger people come to front of the pack, they should be able to weed Russell H. out…I just think Russell’s biggest problem in the game is his self…
Shambo…oh Shambo….again, another “I AM the Sh*t!” type person who thinks they’re so cool, unaware the people around them are so annoyed from just their presence alone! LOL…I mean she’s not a bad person…just annoying! She’s kinda like the dorky cousin that your parents made you play with! She’s an idiot for losing things, but I think if she was going to be called out for losing the chicken it should have been on the spot…not a lame excuse for Russell H. to use so he doesn’t piss off the rest of his tribe…what a sissy this guy is turning out to be!
Last week he pitches a bitch cuz the tribe doesn’t go along with him in getting Monica out, just to cave and go with the rest in the end…now this? Like I said…if he’s a true leader, then call out Shambo when it happens! Let her know that somewhere down the road she might pay for that…I think sending her to the other side was another weak move on Russell’s part, thought of not for payback but to pile on to a person that he knows isn’t liked…and after she did her part and drank that nasty drink? Oh no…that’s just mean….and don’t think the rest don’t notice this! I’ve lost respect for him…
Ashley was for sure the right choice this week…everyone’s talked about how she couldn’t do it cuz of Dave making noises or whatever…. wait, let me get this straight…she drank most of it, yet she couldn’t do the rest cuz of the stupid noises from Dave? What the hell is that?? LOL…I mean yeah, if you’re eating a steak and someone’s drinking that awful stuff, making noises… it’d make me not wanna eat my steak…but if I’m drinking the same awful stuff, how can noises be worse than the stuff itself? I mean c’mon now!! She deserves to be gone…and you can always tell the ones like her by their goodbye message…if you’re a true gamer, you’d almost be pissed…not all happy with the, “I just had the greatest expierience” attitude! I mean maybe when you reflected on the whole thing back home, but right after being evicted? No way!! See ya Ashley! Your game was almost worse than your haircut…I said almost!! Sorry…I had to! Hey Killer! Where you been? So, are you saying I was right about Russell H.? I told you he would make it to the merge.
Of course we are not quite there yet but I would be very surprised if he wasn’t there. I usually hate the arrogance in people but when BRuss says he is in control of the tribe and stuff, I find it hilarious. He keeps me laughing throughout the show.
I really started liking Shambo when she first visited foa foa and helped them out. I guess I was expecting another Yas episode but she was kind to them and showed them things they didn’t know.
I dislike Russell S. and Dave the most of anyone. Russell has some kind of god complex and that drives me crazy. Not sure why his tribe is scared of him and Dave is just plain annoying however I did like it when he started the fire when Russ couldn’t.

Liz is a strong competitor, but I don’t think that she is going to last much longer. Anybody who crosses BRUSSELL seems to leave shortly afterwards. BRUSSELL is still the best player so far, and What in the Heck has happened to Jaison and Mick? When are they going to step forward and do something? Very disappointing. Ashley, I want to tell you that after Barney’s escapades yesterday, I was ready to tear my hair out. He had a VERY bad day, from getting into the garbage, and strewing a package of cornmeal all over the house, to biting my slippers all day long. Then of course, he had to bark every time the wind blew, and he was so BAD that I can’t even remember all of his antics. Thank heavens, he is better today, or he would have been in BIG trouble. LOL.

Happy Sunday everyone.Both Russells are arrogant but the difference is that Brussell is a gamer and Grussell is just an annoying kissazz.I hope Erik is smart enough to lay low until the merge because it seems like John is attached to the girls. I hope Erick goes all the way to the finish, because he tries hard in all the competitions, and he seems like a great guy outside the game.
I wanted to say something about the U.S. Soccer Game last week: the guys ended the match at 2 goals even against Costa Rica. That was enough to crown them champs of the CONCACAF, and will be playing in the World Cup Tournament next year as the #1 spot of the area (CONCACAF). It was an exiting match that the U.S. was loosing 2-1, and during the compensation minutes after the regular 90mins., they scored the goal that evened the match. It was a nail biter during the final minutes.
Now, going back to survivor, I thought it was ridiculous that Dave didn’t want to start the fire unless Russell asked him. Very immature, I thought. Having all those delicious stakes staring at them, and these two guys arguing about whether or not one was going to ask the other to take over starting the fire.

I just saw the new Survivor commercial. Grussell is hurt bad. He faints during the competition and smacks his forhead on a big maze board. Jeff says it is the scariest moment in nineteen seasons. I hope he didn’t break his neck or something bad.

56. June, believe me, Barney gets plenty of exercise, from playing with bubbles, the ball, walks, chasing birds, squirrels, etc. He is just a little devil sometimes. Cornmeal is a B–ch to clean up. But–I love him, he keeps me on my toes, and out of trouble. Dancing with the Stars is on tonight, and I hope that Michael and Louie step up to the plate, or they will be going home. I sure hope that GRUSSELL is ok. He can be annoying, but I liked him from the beginning. I like the comment about the dog getting a medical card for Marijuana. LOL. I bet there are a lot of people in California who SAY they use MJ for medical purposes, hee, hee. Speaking of hee, hee, I am trying to get tickets to the Michael Jackson movie. 91. June, didn’t grow up with Michael, but I do love his music. He was a true genius. I have done some songwriting, so I know just how hard it is to produce one hit after another, let alone for decades. I think that your pothead dog is a riot!!!!! I will really hate to see GRUSSELL go. Even with his faults, he was one smart cookie. I wish that some of the girls would start doing something beside yoga, so I could rout for them. I hope that Monica, Miss Dirty Mouth, goes soon. I hate that kind of talk from a woman, it is degrading.

Summer-Did you watch the same show I watched? Monica said “It’s a game. I wouldn’t take it personally. It is raining and everybody is just trying to stay warm.” I don’t see that as bad or degrading talk at all. It was an explanation why they weren’t all peppy towards welcoming back Shambo. Since Shambo voted to evict her the week before, that was pretty gracious. She could have told her the truth.

Since they are so close to the merge,the title of leader may not be necessary. If they do pick a leader it will only be for a few days and hopefully not enough time for the new leader to make any bad decisions.It would be stupid to make Shambo the leader because she is going to be booted next Galu tribal council, (not a fact, just an educated guess)

Don’t post much here, but have been reading all your posts. Here is some info I came across: if you check out Reality TV World Message Boards (Survivor Spoilers), they show photos of Good Russell getting his clocked clean. SUPPOSEDLY he is medivaced and SUPPOSEDLY both teams go to a tribal council just to discuss what happened – make sure everyone is doing okay after the trauma of the day and NO eviction. It’s worth a read, but those message boards are NOT as much fun to read as this blog site. You guys are great!

Jeff # 102. No comment. 94 Blackgirl. I LOVE Mya, and her partner is a dream. Ok, here’s what I think of DWTS tonight. The best of the night (excuse me while I gag) was Donnie, but I still don’t like him. Mya is a beautiful dancer. Michael was judged too low, and Kelly was judged too high. I thought that all of them were pretty good (and extremely sexy) tonight. I did not care for Natalie’s dance tonight, nor did I like Kelly’s, and if I were voting, I would put them in the bottom two. Aaron and Louie stepped up to the plate, and I thought that Michael’s deal with the nickel was priceless. Mark did a great job.

DWTS- Everybody did great last night! If I had to pick the worst in the solos I would say Louie and Chelsie which is a hard thing since they are my favorites. Micheal was next to last. In the group dance Micheal looked terrible and didn’t know the simple dance moves at all so he is my pick to leave tonight.
