Survivor 20: Heroes vs. Villains
Hey guys! Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and are looking forward to a safe and Happy New Years.
CBS has not given out the official cast list for the next season of Survivor but it has been leaked on the internet so I am going to share it with all of you who do not already know. It is also being filmed in Samoa and the heroes tribal color is blue and the villains is red. The merged color is black. There is no exile island for this season and there will be no tribal swap. There will be a double boot episode and another interesting piece of information is that there will be two idols played in one tribal council.
The heroes tribe consists of Amanda Kimmel, Candice Woodcock, Cirie Fields, Colby Donaldson, James Clement, JT Thomas, Rupert Boneham, Sugar Smith, Stephanie LaGrossa, and Tom Westman.
The villains are as follows: Courtney Yates, Coach Wade, Danielle DiLorenzo, Jerri Manthey, Parvati Shallow, Randy Bailey, Rob Mariano, Russell Hantz, Sandra Diaz-Twine, Tyson Apostol
Richard Hatch, the 1st season winner will not be appearing on the show due to legal troubles. When he asked a judge to let him travel to Samoa to be on the show, he was turned down. Sham also reportedly turned down an opportunity to be on the show.
The air date is February 11, 2010 for two hours. Did the producers miss someone that you wanted to see return?

Wow.. Shambo would have made an awesome hero.. believe it or not I miss her already
Thanks for the list Ashley… few questions and comments..
**Help me remember who Candice is — I vaguely remember the last name because it’s so funny
**I LOVE Sugar!! She was a favorite of mine and hated when she got zero votes her season — didn’t she win the viewer prize?
**Tom W was a huge fave of my wife, not mine and I wasn’t thrilled he won.. However I’ve since changed my mind and hope he does well
**Who is Danielle DiLorenzo?
**Happy Courtney will be participating — I know they wanted her on the fans vs. faves if I remember correctly
**Jerri — YUCK! I loved how a few years ago she tried to make it as an actress and didn’t want to only be known for reality tv — all of the critics told her, then STOP DOING REALITY TV SHOWS! hahahahahaha
December 28th, 2009 at 11:42 am
Hey Ashley,Hope Santa was good to you. I can’t remember some of the people you mentioned like Candace,Courtney Randy and Tom..I guess it will all come back to me when I see their faces. Stephanie is one of the greatest female player in SS history, she is a great competitor. As for my Favs..Russell, James and Rubert I hope they did well. Hope Boston Rob and that bag of wind Coach are ealry exits.
December 28th, 2009 at 12:02 pm
Happy New Year! (well, almost) Hope everyone had/has a great holiday!
Ashley, thanks so much for getting #20 started – can’t wait to see this one.
Parvati? She’s as bad as Sarah Palin – can’t they just GO AWAY!!!
Scotty “K” – I loved Sugar, also. What a sad life story – good grief, they found her living in her CAR when she was cast for her original Survivor appearance.
December 28th, 2009 at 12:05 pm
Blackgirl.. Courtney was the super-skinny blonde from the China season.. she made it to the final three and placed third behind Todd Herzog (short gay flight attendant) and Amanda Kimmel (who went with James C to the fans vs. faves)
Tom won the Palau season and was asked to do Fans vs. Faves, but couldn’t do it.. he was a tall, white-haired fireman from NY
Randy was a cranky older guy from the Gabon season — same season as Sugar.. He was famous for being given a fake immunity idol to play and everyone laughing hysterically when he did it.. Funny thing is, I have little recollection of the winner or runner up that season, just Randy and Sugar.. I think the winner wore a bow-tie all the time!
**I also don’t recall Candace too well
December 28th, 2009 at 12:06 pm
Jeanne #3… If I would have known Sugar was living in her car, I would have taken her in
… OMG, I was in love with her!!
She is a perfect example of someone who looks WAAAAY better without makeup than with
December 28th, 2009 at 12:08 pm
#4 Scotty “K” – Tall, skinny, college professor or physics teacher with a bow-tie – can’t remember his name, but I liked him!
December 28th, 2009 at 12:10 pm
#5 Scotty “K” – I can see it now! “Hi, honey, I brought a homeless, super hot blonde home to stay with us for a while”! LOL
December 28th, 2009 at 12:19 pm
Candice was in Survivor Cook Islands and was sent to exile island by becky and did not get to play in the auction. She was close with Adam and Parvati.
Danielle DiLorenzo was in Survivor Exile Island and was the runner up. She defeated Cirie in the fire starting contest.
December 28th, 2009 at 12:34 pm
Jeanne — I’d probably have to store her in one of the cheap Vegas hotels or get an apartment for her… then get a good divorce attorney because my wife is the smartest woman on the planet LOL
Ashley — I’m still having trouble placing Candace and Danielle.. will do a wiki search when i get home.. I’m barely able to get this site here at work — none of the pics show up, just the text
December 28th, 2009 at 12:35 pm
Jeanne — I now remember the bow-tie guy — VERY nice guy.. but I still think the love of my life Sugar should have gotten some votes..
Her problem was — she was at exile more than she was at camp
December 28th, 2009 at 12:39 pm
PS: I still think of Cirie more as a villan for all of her wheeling dealing with Parv and getting that poor dope to give up immunity, which made James laugh hyterically!
December 28th, 2009 at 12:43 pm
Eliza(the girl with the full eyes) should have made it as a villian. She was fun to watch. Cirie should be a villian she was one shrewd player..I liked her though her private comments were funny.
December 28th, 2009 at 1:06 pm
#10 Scotty “K” I’m not certain, but I think bow-tie guy was named Bob – I don’t remember which season, but I think he won.
Ashley, do you remember bow tie guy?
December 28th, 2009 at 1:10 pm
#9 Scotty “K” – Yeah, you could put Sugar up in one of those duplex apartments, pieces of crap across the street from the Stratosphere! Or around Main Street downtown! Think she’d rather be in her car!
December 28th, 2009 at 1:14 pm
Jeanne, I think his name was Bob Crowley or is that a different season?
December 28th, 2009 at 1:22 pm
Hi, from the Keys. Beautiful weather, beautiful diving. We are on a scheule of 4 dives per day, and on two days we will also do a night dive. Gee, it’s only 86 here today!!!!! Jeff, I love your Margariteville songs. They are really cute, and AC, I liked your comments also. Had a scare on the 2nd day of diving. My partner got sick, so I dove with a guy I didn’t know. We were diving at 90 feet, I was taking pictures, and he was trying to catch a lobster. When I went to check on him for the 3rd time, he was gone. Following diving protocol, I looked for him for about 15 minutes, and then surfaced and swam back to the boat. There he was, eating a banana. I took off my gear and went over to him and said, not so politely, “WTF happened to you?” He said, “I got sick to my stomach, and so I surfaced, what’s it to you?” I replied, “You are lucky that I am a master diver, because if I had been a novice, something bad could have happened.” He laughed and called me a bitch, at which time, I smacked him in the mouth. Arrogant Bas—-d. The dive master came over, I explained what happened, and tha A$$hole will not be diving from their shop again. You know what? This is the first time I have ever hit somebody with my fist, and IT HURTS!!!. And, if I see him again on this trip, I will slug him again. I miss Barney, and hope that he is doing ok, but I am having a really good time.
December 28th, 2009 at 1:25 pm
Badazz Summer, you go girl.
December 28th, 2009 at 1:30 pm
Summer – Ditto to what blackgirl said! Enjoy – wish I was there instead of here in 10 inches of snow!
December 28th, 2009 at 1:32 pm
#15 Ashley – that sounds right. Thanks!
December 28th, 2009 at 1:37 pm
@#12 — blackgirl.. I was not an Eliza fan — she wasn’t that great in the fans vs faves season..
@#14 — Jeanne.. Just the thought of a woman like her in that area of town makes me cringe. I just pray she doesn’t get voted out too quickly
December 28th, 2009 at 3:00 pm
Scotty – Ashley – I went back in the archives of another site and found Survivor #17-Gabon, starring Sugar and physics teacher, Bob Crosly – Mr. Bow Tie – who won it! Sugar, Susie and Bob were the final three and Bob won. Okay, now I can move on with my day!!
#20 – Yeah, MAJOR cringe!!!!!! I, too, hope she sticks around and doesn’t get the bootee too soon.
December 28th, 2009 at 4:26 pm
***Don’t read this if you don’t want to know who leaves first!!!!***
Jeanne, I hate to tell you this but Sugar if the first one evicted.
December 28th, 2009 at 6:07 pm
#22 Ashley – Oh, what a bummer!! I’ll not enjoy the first eviction!! Coach will probably go second and I’ll be out of people to root for – oh, wait, there is still Rupert!
December 28th, 2009 at 6:09 pm
AND James Clement!
December 28th, 2009 at 7:57 pm
Hi dudes and dudettes! I hope everyone has survived Christmas with hearts and hands intact. My girlfriend and I had a beautiful time together, and her family appear to have no objection to me joining the family. We skiied, snowmobiled, ate (too much), drank, kissed under the mistletoe (and not under the mistletoe), played cards with her 92 year old great-granny who is as sharp as a tack, danced, watched old movies, laughed a lot and cried a little, and agreed that Santa had been very generous this year. I tried not to mind that I had to share a bedroom with Britt’s teenage brother!
#2 blackgirl: “Hope Boston Rob and that bag of wind Coach are ealry exits.” A big Amen to that!
#3 Jeanne: “Parvati? She’s as bad as Sarah Palin – can’t they just GO AWAY!!!” Love it!!
#16 Summer … Good for you! I would have done the same thing. What a f***in’ asshole!
I always liked bow-tie guy.
Ashley, Survivor 20 was filmed only 10 days after S19? Wow. in that case Russell didn’t even have time to fully recover and fatten up again before his next go-around! Bandanas off to the dude! I can’t wait for Feb 11th!
Ashley, Survivor 20 was filmed only 10 days after S19? Wow. In that case Russell didn’t even have time to fully recover and fatten up again before his next go-around! Bandanas off to him!
I’m a James, Rupert, Cirie fan. I can’t wait for Feb 11th!
December 28th, 2009 at 7:59 pm
Sorry about the partial dulplication. I was doing a cut and paste from the comment I left at the bottom of the last post because no one ever reads the previous one.
December 28th, 2009 at 8:16 pm
Hey Cooper! So happy for you about your girls family and it was thoughtful to ask them first. Hope it goes great for you on New Years and be sure to let us all know.
December 28th, 2009 at 8:25 pm
Thanks, Ashley. Believe it or not, I’m nervous!
December 28th, 2009 at 8:28 pm
Don’t be nervous. You are a great guy and I’m sure she will say yes.
December 28th, 2009 at 8:38 pm
Thank you. ‘Marry Me’ by Amanda Marshall is constantly on my mind. (Click on my name for the song.)
December 29th, 2009 at 10:02 am
OH MY GOD I CANT WAIT!!!!!
December 29th, 2009 at 11:21 am
#25 Cooper – Welcome back! Happy to hear you had a wonderful Christmas and I’m certain your New Years Eve will be even better!
“Bandanas off” to RussHell – good one – made me smile! So, if Russell went straight from 19 to 20 and no one on 20 saw 19, but he has probably seen all of the 20 players on previous seasons – wouldn’t that give him an advantage in 20? Just wondering.
December 29th, 2009 at 11:31 am
Jeanne, I totally agree! They won’t know Russell at all other than the fact that he is in the villain grouping. This will allow them to know he’s not there for his angelic tendencies, but no more than just that fact. This may give him an advantage which he will, no doubt, use to the utmost.
December 29th, 2009 at 11:31 am
Jeanne, yes I think Russell will have a huge advantage cuz the other players did not see his gameplay.
December 29th, 2009 at 11:33 am
Hey Cooper, I see that Santa was good to you over the Christmas. Hope it continues in the new year.
December 29th, 2009 at 11:35 am
thanks, blackgirl. I hope Santa was good to you, too!
December 29th, 2009 at 12:47 pm
If Russell doesn’t win this one I might actually be crying with him at the next reunion… Going to be very interesting to see how he interacts with some of the earlier players, and how the earlier players like Colby, Rob and Jerri react to him!
And you just know he’s going to find more idols! I’m so hyped for this season it’s not even funny.
December 29th, 2009 at 1:42 pm
Shambo was wise to decline, she needs time to heal…
i do NOT know most of these players but in my opinion only Ozzy and Yau-Man can match RussH in idol finding.
the only person i want to win S20 or any allstar season is Amanda Kimmel, Amanda also played back to back with some very competitive people and she made it to final.
Parvati won the respect that RussH should have had for their amazing blindsiding abilities, there is no doubt in my mind that RussH will get more respect this time, at least from his own team, for being a super villain..
December 29th, 2009 at 4:35 pm
AC (#38), I agree with you.. although I liked Amanda a lot more in China than fans/faves.. She was runner up both times and deserves a win!!
Surprised You-man is not in this season and I am relieved Dreams is not here — he made the biggest douche move EVER on Survivor! As pious as he wanted us to think he was!!
December 29th, 2009 at 5:47 pm
thanks Scotty K, my mind is still wondering how anyone imagines that the jury is bound by some macho set of rules, ANYONE who gets to final has a shot at the jury, if they mine the jury AND DO NOTHING ELSE, they could win since there is only a free choice by individual jury members that i know of as a Survivor guideline
December 29th, 2009 at 5:53 pm
the other thing that mystifies me is the idea that viewers can judge 800 HOURS or more which the contestants see with their own eyes, with maybe 12 hours of massively edited tv time ??
December 29th, 2009 at 6:26 pm
if you count it up, 900 hours, subtract a third for sleep, cut it in half for team time, there is still 300 hours where contestants can see and SMELL each other
with only about ten hours for tv time, the viewers DO get to award ten percent of what the jury votes, with thirty times less information…

McNeil Consumer Healthcare and FDA notified consumers that it is expanding a voluntary recall to include all available product lots of TYLENOL Arthritis Pain Caplet 100 count bottles, with the distinctive red EZ-OPEN CAP (Full list of lot numbers provided in press release at link below). In November 2009, 5 lots of this product were recalled due to consumer reports of an unusual moldy, musty, or mildew-like odor that was associated with nausea, stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. The odor is caused by the presence of a chemical 2,4,6-tribromoanisole, believed to be the breakdown of a chemical used to treat wooden pallets that transport and store packaging materials. The health effects of this compound have not been well studied, and to date all of the observed events reported to McNeil were temporary and non-serious. Consumers who purchased TYLENOL Arthritis Pain Caplet 100 count bottles with the distinctive red EZ-OPEN CAP from the lots included in this recall should stop using the product and contact McNeil for instructions on a refund or replacement.

Wow,love the info Ashley!!Sugar off 1st…wow!!I’m surprised at Coach and Tyson on same team..I liked Tyson better,oh well. My eye candy in 19 got close. He should have been in final 3 instead of Mick.[my opinion]. I know after the 1st show I’ll have someone else[I lost on Betsy and Marrisa]. Can’t wait till Feb. Hope everyone is fine and has a Happy and SAFE New Years.

Remember Johhny Fairplay? He should be in the Villain tribe….
December 30th, 2009 at 8:26 am
Jen, The last time Johnny Fairplay was on he quit the show so I think they will not have him back for that reason.
December 30th, 2009 at 8:38 am
Jen, Jonny was injured quite a while ago when Danny Bonaduce flipped him over his head and Jonny landed on his face breaking loose teeth and injuring Jonnys jaw pretty badly, maybe there is a point when the pain finally gets noticed in the brain
i know i learned my lesson after several teeth were knocked out, and my nose had to be replaced by metal parts, and i was NOT EVEN fighting with anyone
accidents happen
December 30th, 2009 at 10:16 am
So you guys are supposed to be Survivor Fans, and you DON’T know who Tom Westman is? Or BOB CROWLEY!?!?!?!? He was the winner on 3 seasons ago!?!?!?! C’mon, I can understand maybe forgetting one of the first few people voted off from earlier seasons, but to not remember who winners are? And from only 3 seasons ago? That was only a year and a half ago.
December 30th, 2009 at 10:17 am
In case anyone is still having a hard time remembering, Candice Woodcock was a skinny dirty blonde. She was on the “White” tribe with Jonathan Penner, Adam, & Parvati. She was the one who mutinied with Penner.
December 30th, 2009 at 10:49 am
Frankie D, to be fair, most of the winners beyond a select few are pretty forgettable. I agree people should know Bob, he was pretty awesome, but beyond him, Hatch, maybe JT, Parvati, and a couple of others, the winners are usually the ”fly under the radar” types that aren’t really interesting. Season 2 was Colby’s season, but Tina won. Ethan was boring in season 3. I don’t even remember who won season 4 and 5. Jenna was only memorable because of the Playboy/peanut butter thing… Sandra was arguably the worst winner ever after Natalie. Amber? Danni? Aras? Please.. I only remember these people because I was looking at a list the other day. The memorable players don’t always win.
December 30th, 2009 at 11:16 am
@#44 (mama d)… Where did you hear Sugar’s off first?? That would devastate me
December 30th, 2009 at 11:30 am
Why isn’t Todd Herzog coming back?
December 30th, 2009 at 11:39 am
@ George, I totally agree with your post #51. The winners are usually forgettable.
December 30th, 2009 at 11:41 am
#52 Scotty “K” – Ashley posted a “DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU WANT TO KNOW” post yesterday. Now, your job is to forget you ever “hear” the news about Sugar and pretend she goes to the finals!
December 30th, 2009 at 11:50 am
#49 Frankie d – After watching for 19 seasons, it’s hard to remember each and every player or winner. BUT, as soon as I see their photos, I remember who they are and how they played the game. I had to go back to another site to see Amanda’s photo to remember this tall, slender, attractive woman and how she played the game. Yes, we seemed to remember Mr. Bow Tie – and finally remembered the name Bob Crosly – one of the nicest people to ever play the game. Some players just stick in your mind, while others seem to fade over time.
December 30th, 2009 at 11:52 am
#51 George – Ditto!
December 30th, 2009 at 11:58 am
#44 mama d – How have you been? Been missing your posts. Hope you are having a great holiday!
December 30th, 2009 at 12:00 pm
Well a true fan NEVER forgets the winners….and Tom Westman forgettable? Not even close. He was the most dominate player in terms of challenges in Survivor history. Season 1 had Hatch, no one will ever forget him. Tina, while not deserving, not forgettable. Ethan again, in the Survivor world, not forgettable. He’s dating Jenna and they were both on All-Stars, along with Tina. I’d personally wish I could forget Season 4: Marquesas’ winner. Vesepia who is probably Tied with Sandra & Natalie as least deserving winner of all time. Amber is certainly not forgettable. Her & Rob won’t allow themselves to be unforgettable. If they start getting off people’s radar, they’ll probably go out for Big Brother next. How could you forget Chris in Vanuatu? I mean, he went throug the entire alliance of 7 women and walked out on top!!! Guatemala’s winner Dani, while again may be one of the more least deserving, isn’t forgettable either. She is gorgeous, almost ousted Gary’s secret of being an NFL Star, and then easily won the final immunity and beat everybody’s favorite crybaby Stephanie in the finals. Exile island had a lot of nice twist, and while I will agree that most of the people on this season were forgettable, I still remember who won, mainly because I hated him when I watched the show. Cooks were not forgettable because the big stir up the seperating tribes by race caused. Plus Penner is the man! Yul, while he was definitely more deserving than Ozzy, I can see where he might be forgettable, because he was boring. Earl, another boring winner, but since they were so recent, I don’t see how you could forget. Although, this season belonged to Yau-Man. China’s winner, Todd was so recent, he’s not all that forgettable. Todd was probably one of those people, I neither liked nor disliked. He was just sort of there for me. But this was probably Amanda & James’ season, but again, for some that might only be because they were on Fans vs. Faves the next season. All of the Fans were terrible. Parvati really knows how to play the game. Her & Russell should be a lethal combination. And how can you honestly for get the last 3 seasons. They are so recent it’s scary.
December 30th, 2009 at 12:00 pm
And it’s Crowley not Crosly…
December 30th, 2009 at 12:04 pm
Now I don’t pretend to remember every single player in the every season because I don’t. There are definitely a couple of seasons where the first few people voted off I can’t completely remember, maybe even a few of the jury members, but I could never forget the winners.
December 30th, 2009 at 12:09 pm
Oh, something to share with you guys as well. If you want to watch previous seasons that haven’t been released on iTunes or DVD, if you go to youtube and type in ($3 E1) -This will take you to Season 3: Africa – the $3 corresponds to season 3 and E1 corresponds to Episode 1. So for season 4: Marquesas it would be ($4 E1)
December 30th, 2009 at 12:20 pm
#60 Frankie d – I’ve seen it two different ways – Crowley and Crosly, but you are correct – it is Crowley.
December 30th, 2009 at 12:22 pm
#59 Frankie d – “and how you can forget the last three seasons” – I guess LIFE just gets in the way sometimes!
December 30th, 2009 at 12:40 pm
I think Todd should be back
December 30th, 2009 at 12:42 pm
There are ways of forgetting. It’s not an absolute forgetting for the most part. I tend to be terrible with names but almost always remember faces. I also give people little nicknames, as Survivor players often do themselves.
#64 Jeanne, you rock!
December 30th, 2009 at 12:48 pm
#66 Cooper – And you too, my Fandom friend!
December 30th, 2009 at 1:03 pm
Hey, I have lots of things going on to, between a full-time job, school, and other things, but that doesn’t change the fact that I love Survivor, and know a lot about it.
December 30th, 2009 at 1:32 pm
#68 Frankie d – We all love Survivor or we wouldn’t be here on this site and, so there is no mistake or misunderstanding, I personally applaude and respect your knowledge and memories of the game. Everyone on this site, first and foremost, respects other people’s opinions even when we agree to disagree.
December 30th, 2009 at 1:43 pm
Absolutely, and don’t forget, like I said in my post #62 catch up on some of the older seasons on Youtube. Good stuff. Seasons 4 & 5 were probably the most boring of the older seasons. But still good times regardless. I wasn’t a big fan of Fiji with Yau-Man either. Loved Yau, but the season overall was kind of dull.
December 30th, 2009 at 2:28 pm
In response to Frankie in post #59… I consider myself a true fan, maybe not a die hard fan but one that’s certainly willing to revisit older seasons on youtube or DVD… and I remember Tom in terms of his dominance in Palau, but you have to admit that that season was Stephenie’s and Bobby Jon’s, they confirmed that by bringing them back the next year.
Tina was in Colby’s year. Ethan was in Big Tom’s and Lex’s year. Sure, he was dominant, but in the end he’s not a personality that you look back after watching 10 years of survivor and say ”oh ya that guy was one of my favorites”. Even if he made all-stars.
The point is that not everyone follows the show *religiously*, most of us are big fans. But to remember every winner and most players if you haven’t watched the earlier seasons in a while, that’s not unreasonable even for some of the bigger fans. There have been, what, 300 survivor castaways over the years?
I’ll admit that Russell got me back into the series. I hadn’t watches a full season since maybe Fiji or Cook Islands until Russell got me back into it and I watches Samoa. So I can understand people thinking that some of the recent seasons were pretty forgettable, even if they were recent.
December 30th, 2009 at 2:33 pm
And another thing…
The way I view each season (that I watched anyway), is whether there are memorable characters, I associate myself to one or two players from that season that I liked. Pearl Islanders was of course Rupert and Johnny Fairplay. Of course when I see a video from that season and I see Andrew Savage, Burton, or who ever, I remember them, but if you just right now out of the blue talked about Burton and I hadn’t seen the season for a while, i would not remember them probably.
So every season for me has that few number of players I associate myself with, the rest, to me anyway, are pretty forgettable.
December 30th, 2009 at 2:38 pm
#70 Frankie d – Thanks for the info on YouTube and the past seasons. Also a BIG fan of Yau-Man – I considered him the master of the hidden idol UNTIL RussHell.
#71 George – Lex – what a character! I remember his comments after the show – evidently he was very ill when he returned home from all the bug bites and internal parasites! Pretty bad stuff.
December 30th, 2009 at 3:05 pm
Jeanne, I think Bob could contend with Russell and Yau-Man for the hidden idol prize. I couldn’t believe it when he made those fake ones!
And ya, Lex was pretty cool, although he got kind of sour on me during All-Stars (even though I agreed with him in his fight with Boston Rob, haha).
On that note, if the rumors are true that Boston Rob doesn’t last long, I will be one happy man. Definitely an unappealling character!
December 30th, 2009 at 3:08 pm
Lex was good. Although towards the end of Africa, he wasn’t as likeable. He got way too paranoid. Although he was robbed at the final 4 immunity challenge. It is one of what I’d like to now call the Quad of Screw Jobs. I’m sure there were more than 4 screwjbos throughout Survivor, but to me these are the 4 biggest: #1. Lex getting the trivia answer right, but being told it was wrong, which would have caused a tie with him & Kim. Had Lex won immunity, it would have been Lex, Tom, & Ethan in the final 3, no doubt. But at least CBS was good enough to pay Lex and Tom 2nd place money. #2. While it was the first really big “twist” in Survivor history, Shii Ann being duped by the “fake merge”. Now granted, when she went back to her tribe and told them she had planned to turn on them she kind of dug her own grave. But it was only because she thought they were merged.
#3. Dreamz completely screwing Yau-Man. I am not going to get into details, but Yau-man was screwed!
And #4 all I can say is – Russell! I hate bitter Jury members. Get over it. Russell should have won!
December 30th, 2009 at 3:23 pm
And just for shits and giggles, I’ll give you guys my top 10 moments in no particular order.
#10. All-Stars – In one of Boston Rob’s better moments – When he opted to not watch his family video so the rest of the Survivors could read their family letters.
This was classic! Love it!
#9. Marquesas – Kathy peeing on John’s hand when he was stung by a sea urchin – Not that spectacular, just funny.
#8. Vanuatu – Chris being the last man standing, then getting Twila, Scout, & Eliza, to turn the tables on the ladies, where he ultimately won.
#7. Pulau – Koror’s Domination of Ulong
6. Amazon – Because I am a guy, I think this one is required for me to put in my top 10..LOL Jenna & Heidi doing whatever it takes for some Peanut Butter & Chocolate.
#5 – Shii Ann and the “fake merge” – The look on her face when Jeff said they weren’t merged was priceless.
#4. Survivor All-Stars Finale – I am a little biased on this one because I was in the audience for the reunion.
#3. Rupert stealing the shoes of the Morgan tribe and cementing his place as the most lovable Survivor ever.
#2. Johnny Fairplay’s Grandma Died!
#1. Russell finds his 2nd Idol, and plays it to surprise the Galu tribe and take out Kelly.

Can you tell I’m bored at work!
December 30th, 2009 at 3:30 pm
Good lists frankie, both of them!
I totally agree with the screwjobs, but Russell whining about it in every interview is starting to get old. Although I think he’s just doing it to hype season 20. ”Russell’s revenge is coming, I can’t friggin wait to see him react to some of the other all-stars, and seeing how they react to him, knowing that they don’t know him.

Frankie d – Rupert stealing the shoes of the Morgan tribe was one of my favorite moments! I laughed so hard I started crying! What a superior play on his part.
My take of Hatch has always been that he won Survivor because he FED the castaways. For a few more seasons that seemed to be the strategy to have. Feed them and they’ll keep you around. I’ve said it before on this site, but feeding the castaways just doesn’t seem to be an important criteria anymore.
And, yes, I think you must be bored at work! hahahahaha

Hey Jeanne, Russell, Coach and Boston Rob on the same team should be awesome. I know you like coach but he is too much for me. Hopefully he will mellow this time around.

Jeanne 64. lol, I agree, sometimes life (like family, friends and careers) gets in the way. I think I’ll spend less time with my kids in order to memorize every single past winner of Survivor. I got to get my priorities straiten out.

Hi All–Just discovered this site–I am a survivor addict–lol–Bob Crowley, the “bow tie” winner of survivor Gabon lives in my community–Him, his wife and family are wonderful people–I just love him–We had a Bob Crowley day at our community center–He brought in so much memorabilia and we got to touch it, take pictures, get autographs, and he told us stuff–It was real cool–He is just in the community like the rest of us, but it is still so neat to see him!!!
