People who had already won before on that show were basically marked for death. If Sandra had been on that season she would have been the first one voted off for sure. I'm pretty sure that If the villains would have been losing instead of the Heroes then Sandra would already be gone it makes sense, but with the way this seasons going I'm not sure that voting off the ones who have already one first is the strategy.
