Jeff Probst gave us a little insight on the preview into Episode 5 of Survivor Nicaragua when he said “Everyone drop your buffs” but the real clue came from CBS when they posted a picture of NaOnka on their website under Episode 4 photos. Check it out:
Obviously someone made a mistake and put this pic up on the wrong episode because as you can see NaOnka is now wearing a blue buff which is the color for Espada which leads me to believe we will have some kind of tribal swap next show. If you look closely, you can tell that is Sash behind Probst still in the La Flor yellow so he and NaOnka are split so at least one alliance is broken up.
The Powers that Be needed to do something to even up the tribes because let’s face it the geezers need all the help they can get. I think making it old vs. young pretty much failed and hopefully with two new tribes can make it a competition again. Too bad JJ didn’t make it this far because I think he would have done much better on a tribe with younger people.
So I’m looking forward to this new development in the show and hope NaOnka is put into place by some older and wiser people who won’t put up with her shenanigans and this season of Survivor can finally get under way.
