Tonight’s Survivor picks up as Hunahpu returns from their first date with Jeff at Tribal Council and Drew’s blindside elimination. Now the guys will realize their folly in not coming together and effectively losing their numbers advantage. Then again, not like that’s going to matter when the new tribes hit.

Off to Exile Arena we go, but before there’s anymore competitions we’ve got to sort out those new teams. Jeff announces it’s time to drop their Buffs and tosses out bags to draw for their new tribes. Everyone reaches in to grab their new colors and we get a LOT of couples on Coyopa with almost all singles on Hunahpu.

The new Coyopa has Baylor & Missy, Jaclyn & Jon, Dale & Kelley, and Keith. Over on Hunahpu there’s Reed & Josh, Jeremy, Natalie, Wesley, Alec, and Julie. It’ll be very interesting to see if Keith gets the bump can buy himself some time this week.

“New” Hunahpu arrives at their tribe to discover the “old” Hunahpu at up all their rice already. “Old” Coyopa is shocked at their eating patterns and Wes thinks that’s why Hunahpu kept winning. Now they start sizing things up and Jeremy is very worried about Josh and Reed being reunited.

Over at the “new” Coyopa, they’re getting their bearings and everyone is happy to be back with their loved one (except ol’ Keith). Jaclyn and Jon are especially happy to be reunited so we get lots of kissy moments between the two. Keith reminds us that he’s got that Hidden Immunity Idol buried in his boot should push come to shove tonight.

So yeah, no Exile Island challenge this week which was weird since we saw the playing field all set up. We do, however, have an Immunity Challenge so let’s get to it. Immunity is back up for grabs with “Shakedown Street.” Tribes have to dig up keys, scramble to a crow’s nest to release tossing bags, and then land ten bags on the swing first to win safety.

Hunahpu is leading the game while Coyopa lives up to its reputation even in its new form. Heh. Hunahpu is all the way to the last stage before Coyopa even gets halfway. This doesn’t look good for Orange tonight.

Oh this is painful. Hunahpu has eight of their ten while Coyopa continues to search for their bags. Hold that thought. It’s over. Hunahpu finished before Coyopa could even get to the last stage of tossing the bags.

Hunahpu is bartering with Jeff for some rice since the old tribe has left them with nothing. Jeff says he’ll come to their camp to discuss a trade, but first he has to focus on the upcoming Tribal Council.

Coyopa returns to their camp to work on their plans for the night. Dale and Kelley start to pair up with Jon and Jaclyn in the hopes of pulling Keith to their side and controlling the numbers. Jon and Jaclyn aren’t quite sure what to do and want to talk with Baylor and Missy before deciding.

Showing up at Tribal Jeff highlights the importance of Jon and Jaclyn’s decision tonight as a pivot pair of votes. Missy puts herself between Dale and Baylor over their feuding as their discussion goes all the way back to the first round of votes.

It’s time to vote. Jeff tallies and reveals the results. Votes: Baylor, Kelley, Baylor, Kelley, Dale, Dale, and Kelley.

With 3 votes, Kelley Wentworth was voted off Survivor tonight.
