Survivor 2016: Ponderosa – Zeke Smith Arrives [VIDEO]

Zeke Smith was the latest castaway voted off Survivor 2016 last night in a big ol’ blindside after Adam played another Idol to protect Hannah and send his target on out in to the jungle instead. But fear not, Zeke fans, he’s having a great time at the Survivor jury resort.

Zeke Smith arrives at Survivor Ponderosa

Leaving Tribal Council Zeke isn’t too upset and admits he maybe went after David’s group too soon. He’s over it quickly though and on to find out how much weight he lost and then go grab some peanut butter and cookies at Ponderosa, because he knows they’re there just waiting for him.

Zeke was hoping to break the 160 lbs mark but comes just a touch short at 165. He used to weigh 260 so this was a goal of his and one of his three reasons for coming on Survivor. That’s okay though, he isn’t stressing that or just about anything else. These are the kind of Ponderosa trips you can enjoy when the castaway has a great attitude.

Arriving at Ponderosa Zeke is greeted with smiles and drinks from everyone but Chris who didn’t acknowledge him and that disappointed Zeke who thought Chris would be the one to get over it the quickest. The group gathers for a big meal and plenty of laughs and jokes including a good one from Michelle as the go around the table revealing their true occupations.

Eventually Zeke does get to sit down and talk with Chris and it looks like they smooth things out, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some buried resentment there for awhile. Overall though Zeke is pleased with his performance and says he learned a lot about himself and his strength to do more than he imagined he might.
