Caleb Reynolds was removed from Survivor 2016 last night when his body collapsed under the torturous conditions of a Reward Challenge in the Kaoh Rong series. If you missed the episode then it’s well worth catching up on at least this portion from the show.
Things started out calm in the challenge and we saw several tribes complete the task before trouble started to rise. It didn’t take long from that point as Debbie and Cydney were overcome by the heat, but it was Caleb who suffered the harshest effects.
After receiving oxygen and an IV the medical team determined Caleb would have to be pulled from the game, though it looked like Caleb was resisting those instructions. Unfortunately, as Jeff explained, once the doctors make that decision it’s no longer up to the castaways.
