Survivor 2017: Ponderosa – Ozzy Lusth Arrives [VIDEO]

We’ve got our second juror joining the big decision makers at Survivor Ponderosa for 2017’s Game Changers. Ozzy Lusth fell victim to opportunity and a frenzied pace from Debbie during the second round’s Tribal Council on Wednesday night. Now he’s off for some relaxation with Hali.

Survivor 2017 Ponderosa with Ozzy Lusth

Ozzy stumbles out in the darkness of Fiji and is clearly surprised and rightfully disappointed having just been voted out even with a special power to boot. Of course we know that power was wasted by Debbie, but it’s still fresh in his mind. It’s the end of Ozzy’s fourth time on Survivor and his least successful attempt so far as this was the earliest he had ever been voted out.

Checking in with medical Ozzy finds out he has lost about 15 pounds during his stay. Compare that to Hali’s 2.4 pounds lost. Now he’s off to Ponderosa and arrives to a cold beer and a big hug from Hali as Ozzy settles in for the stay.

By the next morning Ozzy’s spirits are improved and he’s happy again, but still plenty reflective on the bigger things in life. After a bit he heads in to town with Hali to gather the fixin’s for some good eating. Now I don’t remember seeing castaways leave the resort before so this was interesting to see.

Back at the resort they’re enjoying a nice meal and it’s a somewhat cute exchange as Hali has appeared during his stay to be somewhat enamored by the “great and powerful Oz[zy]” as Brad had put it in his vote. She’s clearly a fan of his. Maybe there’s time for a little romance between the two, but we don’t see anything to actually suggest that.

Take a look at some of the moments from Ozzy’s trip to Ponderosa:
