Survivor 2018: Ghost Island Photo Gallery Week 05

Last night on Survivor 2018 we saw another tribe swap that included the addition of a third tribe called Yanuya.

Here’s how the new tribes came out after a new buff draw:

  • Malolo (orange): Michael, James, Desiree, Kellyn, Angela
  • Naviti (purple): Domenick, Donathan, Bradley, Libby, Chelsea
  • Yanuya (green): Sebastian, Chris, Jenna, Wendell, Laurel

At the Immunity challenge, Yanuya pulled off an immunity win on its first night of inception. Naviti continued on its streak also with the win, meaning Malolo also continued it’s losing streak. So once again Malolo went to tribal council. This time it was James who was blindsided in a 4-1 vote. Even Michael voted him out, despite having us thinking throughout the last half of the episode that Michael and Angela would be voting Desiree out. That was some tricky editing, Survivor. Very tricky indeed.

Strangely enough, there was no trip to Ghost Island this week or even a mention of it. There was also no reward challenge, so we got a lot of old-school character development this week. After many seasons of competition-heavy episodes, it has been refreshing to get to know the castaways a little more this season.

Now you can relive last night’s episode in pictures.Check out our photo gallery below for scenes from all the top moments of this week’s episode of Survivor Ghost Island. Also be sure to check back tomorrow for a preview of next week’s episode. We’ll also have our next round of Survivor player rankings on Tuesday, so be sure to refresh yourself on our Week 5 Player Rankings ahead of our reveal on Tuesday.
