Survivor Live is back with host Jeff Schroeder and the latest castaway to leave Blood Vs Water, Julie McGee. It’s worth noting Julie wasn’t eliminated, she just quit. Because.
Julie tells Jeff she was recruited to be on Survivor because production wanted her boyfriend John Rocker and he came to her by extension. Surprisingly Julie says she’s quite the outdoors woman and had more experience in the wilderness than John. Hmm.
Julie starts to say Survivor was a “fun experience” and then backtracks telling Jeff to take the “fun” out of it. This was just an experience she’ll take with her. Seriously, stop casting people who don’t want to do the show. It’s going to be brutal, that’s why I watch from the couch, but if you go out there there’s no excuse to bail. Grrr.
As for an alliance, the one Quitter McGee abandoned, she says that Jeremy and Natalie were her closes allies but when they arrived at their new camp she was discouraged to see all the other couples coming together. Julie assumed the couples would band and target the singles, so she gave up. Brilliant.
