Survivor Philippines: Artis The Day After Elimination

This week on Survivor Philippines, Artis was blindsided and became the latest player to be voted out of the game. And based on his exit interview posted below, he may be the least bitter and most appreciative contestant to not win the game.

Let’s just say Aritis’ attitude was refreshing compared to Jeff Kent’s when he was voted out of the game.

“All I could think about is what a great feeling,” a cleaned up Artis said in his interview. “There are millions, maybe even billions of people who would die to have their torch snuffed out.”

Now that’s the attitude to have. Artis also picked up a few things from his Survivor experience.

“I learned a lot about myself,” he said. “I’m a city boy. I learned that I could do a lot more than I thought I was capable of.”

He also talks about how he had all the scenarios figured out that would send him home. “So when I saw my name come up, I knew that that scenario had come up,” he said.

Find out what else he had to say in his interview below.
