Survivor Results: Who Was Voted Off Last Night? 3/8/2017

Moving on to the next round of the Survivor 2017 premiere we’ve got Mana waking up from their loss and subsequent vote-out of Ciera Eastin. We see Tony and Sandra meet up to discuss how no one will let a former winner win this season unless it’s three winners at the end. They agree to team up and watch out for each other.

Oh here we go with Tai and his chickens. Over at Nuku He’s already looking out for making them his new best friends and keeping them alive for the season like he did before. TJ worries this could become a liability for Tai down the road.

Remember that cool, calm Tony who was making a deal with Sandra? Forget it. Tony overhears his name from Sandra talking with Troyzan and he’s thrown right back in to his panic mode. Oh Tony, welcome back guy!

Immunity Challenge – Round 2:

We’ve got a new Survivor competition tonight with “Serpent Turf” that’s going to send six castaways out in the water, over a cage, and dragging back a huge “snake” filled with puzzle pieces. Those will be put back together for a combo puzzle and then leads to a ring toss that flips up paddles to spell “Immunity.” First to finish, well you know. Along with Immunity they’ll get a sweet fishing kit with paddles, nets, and a fish whistle (no, not really).

Nuku has a small lead diving in to the cage while Mana is trying to use leadership over participation. Nuku has their snake and is lifting it back out but that won’t happen easily as this thing ways a lot. Mana still working on untying their snake.

As Jeff puts it, “Varner has been useless this challenge.” Heh. Yeah, Mana is a mess back at their cage while Nuku has all six tiles from the serpent. It gets worse as Mana loses their snake in to the water for a second time and has to reset their walk across the balancing beam.

Nuku is working on their ring toss as Mana focuses on the snake hauling. This shouldn’t take much longer here for Nuku to nab their second Immunity win. No surprise here considering all the pre-challenge targeting talk was back at Mana’s camp. Wait, hold that thought as Malcolm is making an amazing comeback! Malcolm ties it up against JT in the ring toss at six to six…

Nuku Wins Immunity!

It was an impressive comeback attempt by Malcolm for Mana, but it wasn’t enough. We’ll see another Mana tribe member voted off Survivor tonight.

Tribal Council – Round 2:

It’s time to figure things out for Mana. Sandra is pushing for Tony to be the target while Tony’s paranoia is serving him well and has him working hard to weaken Sandra while making Aubry the target. His allies know it’s going to keep getting harder to win challenges if they cut strong players now and that could save him. Varner is pretty excited to have those two battling it out while he watches from the sidelines.

Jeff reveals the votes: Aubry, Tony, Aubry, Tony, Tony, Tony, Tony.

Tony Vlachos was voted off Survivor!

See how each castaway voted in the second round’s Tribal Council:

Wow! Tony calls them “suckers” as he goes to get his torch snuffed. Sandra shouts back at him that’s what he gets for going against her and reminds him to “say hi to Ciera for me.” Heh. What a night!

In the preview for next week’s Survivor Game Changers episode we see it’s time for the Tribe Shuffle already as Jeff tells everyone to drop their Buffs. This isn’t a surprise as we saw Michaela wearing a blue Nuku Buff in the promo the other day which hinted there’d be a likely early switcharoo. Get ready for all that adventure and keep checking back in every weekday in between for more coverage from us!
