Survivor Samoa: Episode 11 – Spoiler Alert
This week on Survivor Samoa, the reward challenge is going to be an auction like that had in Survivor Guatemala. Up for grabs? Possibly food, unwanted items, and the twist being an item to give an advantage in the immunity challenge. Not sure what this item is or how it may help someone in the IC. From the picture of John and Russell, it looks like someone got a bad reward.
The IC looks like an endurance challenge this week. The players stand on a board while holding onto a rope that is tied around another board. It looks like they have to keep this board from falling to the ground. Jaison is believed to be the winner of this challenge as the promo shows Russell seated next to him while he is wearing the immunity necklace.
According to missyae, we will say goodbye to John in this episode of Survivor. He went against his former tribemates of Galu last week and I am sure they want some revenge. Monica already didn’t care for him and he is a threat in the challenges, it seems that he is the logical choice. 
Yes, I will miss John.

I can’t wait to find out the real story on Tiger Wood’s car crash. I think his wife was after him with a golf club. That would explain his hurry to get away at 2 in the morning. I think she had already whacked him and he lost consciousness after he drove off. That would explain why she conveniently had a golf club in her hand to rescue him. She probably broke the back window out as he fled. That is just my speculation but something is fishy!

I agree that Tiger must have been heading out prowling … or something… lol I doubt we’ll ever know the whole story. I read that he made a statement on his website saying that “it was his fault, but that the details would remain private”. Given that he has recently been photographed both in NYC and Australia with some woman, Jeff’s hypothesis may be right! Don’t piss off a woman who has an endless supply of golf clubs at her fingertips!
I think Russell’s next big move will involve setting up some kind of fake alliance/strategy with clueless Dave … making him think he’s calling the shots. However, I suspect Dave and the chipmunks (aka Monica and Brett) will be joining the Galu jury house one after the other. I won’t be surprised at all if John is next.

I see now why the trotters lose. He had the first letter so all he had to do was the other four in every sequence. Now they have a four hour penalty. So disappointed in them for giving up.

Ashley… Why did the globetrotters lose? I thought AR would start late again because of the NFL and 60 minutes, but when I changed to cbs AR was going off.

AR was so frustrating! How could he have given up?! Like Ashley said, it wasn’t even that difficult! I’m disappointed. I really wanted them to win. The brothers’ bickering is annoying and painful to watch. I think it will be their downfall. Megan and Cheyne are going to breeze to the finish line.

Duane, they had to find 5 letters in a multiple ringing telephone clue which they then had to place in the correct sequence to spell the word Franz. Each time they had to fill in their guess and present it to a supervisor, who stamped it if it was incorrect, and they could immediatly try again. Sam gave the globetotter the first letter (F) before he left, so he just needed to put the rest in order. He gave up after a couple hours and took the four hour penalty.

TAR was rediculous tonight! The Globetrotters were extremely disappointing tonight! Of all teams, I wouldn’t have expected them to take the penalty! I love how they talked about never giving up while saying it was in their best interest to stop LOL Frigging idiots!
Also, if i was Big Easy, I would have used the “F” word (pejorative for one’s sexuality) when the douche brother didn’t share the clue with him… He was waaaay too laid back in that instance! I am happy that the married couple made it!!

Scooty K- I know I was wanting to scream at him and tell him the word. It was so easy or at least I thought it was. In four hours I am sure he could have, like Ashley was saying, tried different combinations and figured it out. He also could have looked over Brian or Dan’s shoulder when they turned their sheet in. Anything would have been better than a four hour penalty.

AC- 24 combinations and a lot of them would have made no sense with only one vowel. Like Cooper was saying… not the brightest bulb. He had trouble earlier in the season with the time on a watch as the combination to the lock.

thats true Jeff, Big Easy stalled on the watch time, but he got it himself eventually, and the GT team got the gold weight right, which was a very complicated task, maybe the whole AR trip just takes too much energy and patience to think clearly ?? a flight of six hours at 35,000 feet will kill my lust for travel for several months
even driving across the US in a car is almost suicidal at times, the midwest winds can blow you right off the road, and the rain in Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota caused ALL the deer to wander out on the highway, at 70 miles an hour, i swished by a doe’s tail by sheer luck after aanother car crashed right in front of me trying to avoid the deer eating grass through the cracks on the pavement, right in the middle of the right lane !!

AC- I know about hitting deer. I hit one a few years ago and it did $2,700 damage to my car. Six or seven ran across the road and I hit the straggler. It was only a fawn. I think it is crazy that the prizes to most legs of the race are trips by travelocity. (Tonight was 52″ flat screens) After all of the traveling involved with AR I would not want to go anywhere for a while.

** The “F” word I was thinking of has three letters with A being in the middle! It’s short for a 6 letter word and is taken like the “N” word in that community. Again, not in my vanacular (sp?), however when in Rome (or Prague)!!
** AC and Jeff.. I’ve only seen a deer once in my life being the city boy that I am.. Must be scary stuff!!
** Back to TAR… If the brothers win — the other teams better not clap for them and turn their backs on them when they make their way through the receiving line…
It’s so interesting that they did the finalie in Vegas — I heard a rumor earlier this year that they were filming a reality show out here and closed off parts of the strip, but I just let it go…

Hey, ya all. Haven’t been able to post, cause of company etc., but I hope that everybody had a great HOliday. Barney must not have gotten enough turkey on Thanksgiving, because the day after Thanksgiving, I woke up to find feathers from my turkey arrangement all over the floor, and the poor little turkey body was torn to shreds.. How that little devil got to it is beyond me, cause it was really up high, but he had that little grin on his face when I found it, and he made me laugh so hard that I didn’t punish him. Think that I will rename him Houdini. I have missed the site so much that I feel like I am in withdrawal. Sorry to see the Globetrotters lose, cause I really liked them. Haven’t gotten to know many of the others. Hey, one thing I want to tell you guys, when you go shopping, check all of your items off when you get home. I went to Walmart, and when I got home, I had over $15.00 worth of stuff missing, and I was a little angry cause I had wanted to make cookies. So be careful all of you. Need to go back and get caught up on all of you and your posts, but can’t do that until later on today. Take care everybody.

Scotty, call them jerks or assholes or whatever, but there is never any excuse to use that F word! It is on par with the N word and the C word for women. Always inexcusable. Now I’m not the brothers biggest fan … I find their bickering annoying, but I really think, too, that Meghan/Cheyne or Brian/Erica would have done the exact same thing the brothers did under those circumstances.
As long as it isn’t Rob and Amber on the next season, I’ll be happy.

Yup!! Jeff and Jordan were photographed at an airport in TAR mode with the backpacks and everything!! There were also shots of other teams running around too!!

I grew up in the Bronx, NY housing projects and it was the biggest mixing pot and those words were never introduced… at least until I got in my teens and started going to religious school with a bunch of hateful, angry people.
I NEVER use the N word, C word or F word (3 letter)… however I can see where it would be hurtful and useful in certain situations…
Please don’t think I run around spouting off racial or bias expletives… I really don’t!!

June — I love to take it when I have zero pain.. however that feeling of not careing about anything in the world is extremely addicting and usually doesn’t stop there for addictive people… They usually move on to higher doses, percoset, oxy’s and eventually heroin.. I pretty much stop at Vicodin or Percosets (only in extreme cases like my broken ankle last year) and only use it when needed, however I’m very aware of how it makes me feel..
As far as a good sleep drug — it’s ALL about Xanex! One of those bad boys and I’m OUT! Two of them, I’m gone for at least 10 hours… three and I’m done for an entire day!!

June.. I live in Las Vegas and they’re available all over the place… plus everyone can get a perscription from any ER or doctor.
If any of you watch Nurse Jackie on Showtime, there’s a funny scene where she is training a new nurse and she walks her into the ER and screams — right now we are on a 3-hour wait to see new people… She then closes the door and said — that’s how we get rid of all the people here for the drugs LOL

She is a beautiful woman, and gave him two gorgeous children, so what does he heed to be doing with a cocktail waitress? Are there any men in the world who can be true to one woman? This is why I don’t get married, because if my hubby cheated around on me, he would get bashed right between the legs. I had a friend one time, who, when she found her husband was cheating on her, she super glued his ding dong to his leg, and he had to go to the hospital. I love her for getting even with him, the no good scoundrel, and I wonder how he explained it to the doctor?

June.. What I love about Showtime is they put all episodes of all their seasons on demand.. So you can catch an entire season at a time.
Nurse Jackie cool because they are half-hour episodes and move real fast.
I LOVE all of this Tiger stuff as he never gets interviewed and many people don’t know the guy…
What surprises me is — someone with that much money should really be living on an estate with lots of land and gates, etc… Did any of you hear the 911 call and all the neighbor comments — why does he have neighbors — the guy is like a millionaire like 100 times over for Gawd’s sake!!

I’m really happy to hear team JJ is on AR 16. They headed out Saturday for the first leg in Santiago, Chile. I don’t know how well they will do. Jeff has lots of street smarts and will be a natural. Jordan…well she has the girls…I don’t know if they will help much. They will definitely boost the ratings for what has become an anemic show. They are well liked by most people.(unfortunately not on this site) Whoever cast some of these boring people on this season should lose their job. If I hear any more of Sam and Damn whining I am going to claw my ears off. They even whine about each others whining. Whatever word you choose to call them is certainly warranted. Flight Time and Big Easy the only interesting people on the show are nice but really dumb. They should have spent more time in class and less time on the BBall court. I am glad Meghan and Cheyne are still in the race and reportedly win. At least they are nice people and tolerable to watch. I like Brian, but Erica not so much.

June i would try to clear up my confusion but seriously 70 is the age of CONFUSION IN MEN and i am 70, i knew about this since 1985 when i lived in Palm Beach Florida, and saw the older men there while selling Medicare Supplements, now that i am experiencing it myself, it is basically the same as i saw it in PB, but different causes than i thought then, i have short periods after my body gets dehydrated from ANY thing, prescriptions, foods, etc etc, the B vitamins get washed out and SERIOUS confusion sets in, fortunately i am still a chemistry genius and treat myself quickly, mainly by replacing B vitamins and stopping any dehydrating stuff for a while…
if there was any thing you really wanted me to clear up, i am pretty clear minded today

Jeff 65, wow that is scary, i never hit a deer but totaled a car hitting another car after i blacked out driving down a hill into a stop lighted intersection, inches from death, no one was injured but both cars were totalled, why i believe in miracles and thank god i do not have to drive anymore
i just found out at age 68 that i inherited benign vertigo, a physical disorder of the inner ear which can mess up the balance mechanism in the fluids of the semicircular canals by depositing calcium there, a simple exercise done as little as once a month can prevent it…severe loss of balance and the room spinning non stop, but i actually only experienced it about 3 times in my whole life…never now since i do the exercises…

It occurred to me today that perhaps Big Easy is dyslexic and really couldn’t help it. I teach grade 8/9 English and each year have one or two kids with varying degrees of dyslexia who have a difficult time with reading and writing.
As for derogatory remarks … the N, F, C words. In my opinion, there is no circumstance where using those words is ever acceptable.
I was never big a big Jeff/Jordan fan, but it will be interesting to watch them attempting to navigate together.

Cooper 118 that is a great insight! as a child i knew a person that was a few years older than me who was dyslexic, he was very tall at a young age and very ambitious, he tried to find work at my fathers store as a delivery driver but could not pass the drivers test, SAD TO SAY he became a member of the Mafia and was arrested many times during the 1900s, now he is still in good health and the Mafia is gone, he works at the official state sponsored off track betting parlor, another tall celeb, who played Q on star trek, John DeLancie is dyslexic, but what a great career he has had !!

Happy tuesday folks… Two more days to our favorite show.. I’m more looking forward to the Biggest Loser tonight!!
My wife and I were watching some additional BL scenes and saw one with the older lady (I’m sooo bad with names) cleaning all of the blenders and then getting into a fight with multiple people in the house because she hid them from everyone because they didn’t keep them clean — she was pretty obnoxious about it and it was a dumb way of calling negative attention to yourself — I’m sooooo not rooting for her this week and hope she is in the bottom two along with the young girl (who we all voted in to this year’s show at the finalie last year) so America can throw her out on her @$$!
That’s the thing about Biggest Loser and Top Chef that I don’t like so much.. There’s very little interpersonal stuff — it’s mainly about the challenge (losing weight or cooking, etc)..
Finally, I LOVED Jeff & Jordan early in the show, until he got rid of Russell too soon and everything fell apart and I started not liking them… However “Dumb and Dumber” as my lovely wife calls them will make a VERY entertaining Amazing Race!! They are NO WHERE NEAR as cunning as Rob & Amber were, so I won’t expect all the wild stuff they pulled on both of their races — however I WILL expect Jeff to treat Jordan with respect as opposed to the way douchey Rob treated amber during All-Stars.
PS: We need a new All Stars for both TAR and BB!!!

Scotty, that was Liz, and she is one of the coolest BL people, she actually answered ALL my stupid messages on Facebook, Danny too, her soul mate on BL this season, Danny and i were in the Mafia game on Facebook for a short time, this years BL contestants are really very kind and have forgiven each other for MOST of the nasty stuff
several of the other BL people also wrote me back on FB and on My Space, even the most nasty competitors settle down after and the BL community is really supportive, but there are some even the original friends on the show who are still hurting from the emotional crap that happens

Hi Gang!! Just a few tidbits for you!! Jaison wins immunity this week. At the reward challenge (auction) this week he receives an advantage for the immunity challenge and it paid dividends for him. For all the men who love looking at Natalie, get your DVR’s set!! She will clean up very nicely this week at the reward challenge and also receive something skimpy to wear. Shambo has a big dream this week and its about DAVE!!! Those 4 original Foa members stick together again and all vote for John at TC. I am pretty sure John casts his vote for Mick, but anyway, John does leave this week. Now for all those people who think it was really something for Russell to get his hand on 3 idols this season, just wait till next season!!! You ain’t seen nothing yet!!! I am really frustrated that as soon as Jeff and Jordan are confirmed to be on AR the bitter bashers use it as a forum to pick up on their bitterness over the outcome of BB. If I had heard that Jessie and Ronnie or Russell and Natalie, etc. were on AR I would be excited because I would feel a connection to them after getting to know them on BB irregardless of whether I liked them or not.

Scotty that would be Amanda i guess she is the last youthful BL that the elders have ganged up on and eliminated, but sadly Amanda just cannot get the proper weight loss anyway, Rudy and Danny are SO FAT they will win the 250000 due to the percentage of weight lost, Amanda would need a huge number, but anything could happen, Danny is on a roll and lost double digits MORE WEEKS in a row than any other BL contestant ever, he seems a sure winner…the unknown is the 100000 winner at home…

#187 nanny – Finding food for the castaways use to be an art! The only reason Richard (my pant frog is always exposed) Hatch won was because he FED everyone. He fished and provided food. People are different and see and feel things in different ways. Of course we all have our favourites whom we enjoy loving/hating. I lurk here all the time. I love this site and really enjoy reading everything! I also loved JJ of BB until they got rid of Russell. But I look forward to seeing them on TAR!
It was really disheartening, however, to see all those people say the N word and C word and B word are unacceptable but usually leave out that the F word as equally unacceptable. Reminds me of why I tell myself that none of those words are unacceptable to me until they all are. One time a black guy in NYC called me the F word and I called him the N word right back in his face, and he got all up in my face and I said, “Did I make my point? Don’t throw that word at me unless you don’t want me to say something back to you.” Then he actually apologized! I was shaking in my boots–he was bigger than Big Easy–but it worked.
Russell has completely grown on me. Now I want him to win it all, just because almost everyone else is so stupid. Natalie is the only person I would accept taking first place! Loving this season.
I wish the site would give spoiler warnings, though. I was shocked to read right up top that John will get voted off! I didn’t want to know that.

David, I apologize for not putting the spoiler alert in the top blog. I put it in this one and then forgot so hope I didn’t ruin the show too bad for you. I guess I was having a blonde moment the other day when we were discussing the n word etc. and I took the f word to be the four letter word and only now that I read your post do I realize what everyone is talking about so yeah, I had a brain freeze or something and you are right. Never should someone call anyone that.
