Survivor Spoilers: New Tribes On Cagayan Revealed

Survivor 2014 Spoilers - Surprise Twist

Last week Jeff teased we’d get new tribes on Cagayan and now we have the Survivor Spoilers for who ends up on each of the two new tribes. Instead of just splitting up Luzon’s final three members to get seven players on each team all three tribes are being shuffled.

The two new Survivor tribes are using purple and orange as their buff colors. The blue/teal team is gone. Here’s how everyone is split up:

Survivor 2014 – New Orange Tribe:

  • Sarah
  • Spencer
  • Morgan
  • Kass
  • Tasha
  • Jeremiah
  • Alexis

Survivor 2014 – New Purple Tribe:

  • Woo
  • Cliff
  • Trish
  • Jefra
  • LJ
  • Lindsey
  • Tony

What’s most interesting is that Luzon was kept intact. I expected all the tribes to be split up, but Spencer, Kass, and Tasha are all on the same team still whether by luck of the draw (most likely) or designated teams (doubtful).

So then you’ve got three Solana (Beauty) tribemates together with the three Luzon (Brains) players all together on one team which leaves just sad, lonely Sarah from Aparri (Brawn) over there. Yeah, Sarah is screwed, right?

Aparri stayed mostly intact on the other tribe with just Sarah leaving and Jefra and LJ joining that side of things. Ouch. Not so good for them either.

In the preview clip below we also find out that Alexis wants to leave her remaining Solana members behind and play hard and fast with the Brains to form a new power of four. Not entirely a bad idea, but I would have considered more keeping things with her other two Solana members and then adding Sarah who could later pick off when needed. Instead she’s jumping over to Luzon to become the low man on the pole there. Go figure. Well, maybe it’s just that Alexis was on the Beauty tribe, not the Solana tribe…
