Survivor 2013 Secret Scene – Rupert & Laura

“One of us is going to win,” say Rupert and Laura on their new chances this season for Survivor 2013. In this week’s “Secret Scene” we hear from Rupert on Laura on why they’re going to outlast the rest of the castaways, but sadly most of their talk is on their strength when working together.

Now that we’re one week in to the series we already know the couples do not compete together, at least not at this point while they’re split between tribes, and that Laura was voted out. Rupert heroically gave up his spot on the Galang tribe so that Laura could play and he headed off to Redemption Island to face off against Candice and Marissa.

There’s a lot of talk between these two on how this is Laura’s turn to play the game that Rupert has already tried several times. With that in mind there should have been no surprise when Rupert traded spots with her to extended her chances of winning at least another week. Warning, spoilers ahead! According to the rumors, Rupert does not emerge victorious from the three-way battle with Marissa and Candice. If true that will mean the end of Rupert’s stint on Blood Vs. Water. I imagine the other castaways will be happy to have a better shot at winning the favorite player prize money with him out of the picture!
