We’re back tonight for Survivor and I’m ready to move past last week’s flop thanks to Quitter so we can be ready for some real action from castaways interested in playing the game they signed up to play. It’s not ‘The Love Boat,’ it’s Survivor, future castaways.
This time around CBS is billing things as the “Battle of the Sexes” as we see the repeat power couple, Jon and Jaclyn, in another pivot position as they get to decide if they’ll throw their votes to help the men or the women.
Predictably we’re seeing Jaclyn distrusting the guys while Jon wants to stay with them, but which side gives them a better chance at making it to the end? The guys might be more of a threat to Jon & Jaclyn in the physical challenges, but I wouldn’t write off the rest of them either. Seems like Jon could end up being the odd man out if he goes with Jaclyn’s idea.
So far we’ve taken a look at the Reward Challenge ahead of us tonight on Survivor and I’ll have the Immunity Challenge details posted shortly as well. Be sure to watch the preview clip below and note how emaciated Jon suddenly appears in one of his confessional moments. Makes me wonder if they used a clip from farther down the road which could spoil things just a little. Take a look and see what you think.
