it seems like a couple of paths may open for future Survivor seasons, one is that some of the more experienced players may never be back, Amanda has already said that, surely the paychecks will go up if players boycott Russ, which is what Amanda has said, that Russ has changed the game, and it is not a game she wants to play ever, how many players will do the same ?

of course the obvious alternative is that Tyson and the villains will ALL come back since their all villain seasons will insure that villains win, but who will be these villains?

this seems to be a possibly severe crisis !
1. a minor ex-exec with no real credits is a person of interest in his wifes death, but will the holier than thou FANS be put off ?
2. seasoned players boycotting future seasons;
3. Jeff taking aim at a huge fan base of holier TTs by zapping Rupert and Colby who appear to be getting too old to play anyway..
4. The anti Russ cabal from S19, they seem to be fine with leaving the show behind and are moving on to new careers like Amanda has done..
5. the fan base against Russ from S19 seems WAY different from the possible S20 player boycott, but may still damage viewer numbers..
6. a much better and more competitive change in the shows format, HIIs with more mysterious clues and maybe more enticing rewards in HIIs..
7. maybe a LONG run of ONLY new contestants to build up a new player roster and fan base…
8. tighter and more punitive security on spoil releases that are so well publicized that they cannot be denied and make some fans angry..
9. possible reactions to the player risk like Swan’s scary episode could bring legal changes;
10. if there are disruptions in marriages or parenthood roles, could the legal problems be something that will need to be insured against;

oh forget it Survivor will probably be in the top ten weekly NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS

u can eat meat and chicken and eggs, but there are rules to follow, according to the yin vs. yang energy of these foods. these foods happen to be extreme yang . so u’d balance with good quality yin foods (example: beer or sake or fruits)

nothing is forbidenn in the macro diet. it’s about freedom rather than restriction.

the only “bad” food according to the phylosophy is dairy.

also, in case of meat, they say always try to eat organic/free range.

thanks for the guidelines amadeo, i am really not eating beef now, just salmon and chicken with excellent raw veges and fruits so i am probably at a good point in my diet, and my doctor agrees so i feel pretty good right now..
i need to stop all sweets, breads, chocolate..
oddly peanut butter or whole walnuts seem to melt the fat off my body but not too much of these things, i am using raw celery for snacks

well LIMIT bread to low cal high fiber and just a few slices daily…sprouted grains worked for a while but they seem to cause some problems so i use Pepperidge Farm multi grain sparingly to settle my stomach…

Well I had a very nice message from blackwhale over at that cesspool of message boards appropriately named SUCKS. As far as dumb move I would go with Tyson or Erik. JT’s move could have actually been very smart if they had a girls alliance like they had thought. Keep in mind Rupert was strongly behind this idea too and not JT by himself. James being voted out with 2 idols was pretty dumb too. Busy week for Survivor fans! Thursday and then the finale Sunday!

DWTS – People who have professional dancing experience DO NOT BELONG ON THIS SHOW. Having said that, I still think that Nicole is receiving much higher scores than she deserves.
I am tired of Neicy and it is time for her to go home. I am tired of the judges giving the “O” man such low scores. I liked Erin’s first dance, but didn’t care for the second. I am tired of Evan being so darn good on the dance floor. THAT’S A JOKE GUYS. I loved his futuristic dance tonight, and I think that his scores are much too low. Go home Neicy, cause you are not a good dancer, and your personality,( which I do like most of the time,) and your bouncing big boobs, which I am tired of seeing, have become a little too much. Can’t believe that on one dance she scored higher than the “O” man. I think that the final three should be Evan, “O” man, and Erin. The Pussycat Chick doesn’t belong in the competition. There —– I feel a whole lot better.

One more item on my mind – who in the heck dresses Brook? Her outfits are just plain ridiculous. Tonight she looked like she was dressed in a bathing suit that I own. And — I don’t think that she is getting any better as a co-host. BRING BACK SAMANTHA!!!!

and brown rice and whole grains r very important too. at 2 meals per day if u can. though they need to be chewed like 50 times per bite. thats a lot of chewing! but it pays off.

also, avocados are are a life savor. they r so rich and creamy yet great 4 diet.

plus, i eat lots of fruits (although that’s against macro principles, but i dont care) cause no matter how much OR what fruits you eatin a day, u still lose weight. the macro r against this cause they claim fruits r “acid forming” and “too yin” . and that a “a body with an acid PH” does not cleans itself (rid itself of fat/toxins) optimally. but since many fruits are actually “alkaline”, i ignore what the macro bible says. cause fruits r like the best dessert ever. they make me forget my sweet cravings.

btw, is this diet something u have to do prior to an operation? is there a deadline?

NO NO NO i am not a surgery case it should be gone with lisinopril and thiazide which i will be on for months and months i use ANUTRA which is promoted by ARNOLD PALMER, it is a food, unlike flax, but ground and similar in texture to flax, ordinary grains and rice are out for me, too much allergic and other types of reactions in my body similar to Dr Perricones Inflammation Index, i get this reaction to about any grain except oatmeal, which is the retention of hydrates, probably bound to lectin molecules which are present in all foods, even foods i can tolerate, but that bond has been broken already, the lectin hydrate bond, so i am losing the trapped H2O steadily and moderately as long as i do NOT eat grains other than ANUTRA and oatmeal…
this is ONLY applicable to myself since i had developed severe allergies to common grains in childhood due to contaminated foods in all the sources during the early 1940s, especially the local bakeries using wheat etc, but so badly contaminated that you would not even want to know about it

yeah that standard for PH would probably not apply to me either, i have some bizarre blood chemistry factors which REQUIRE low fat cheeses such as mozzarella cheese sticks as used in the Biggest Loser diet, this is about the only way i can prevent bleeding to death from aspirin or any anticoagulant which i do need occasionally, so the anti dairy macro is not at all something i could ever do, even with CACO3 plus D etc etc these are ONLY the LAST stage of blood coagulation in the body, FACTOR 13, calcium clot aka FIBRIN, but i am sure i need the WHOLE MAGILLA which is a HUGE set of 39 chemical steps to homeostasis using the standard natural body coagulation methods such as FACTOR 8 the CURE for genetic bleeders disease, hemophilia A…anyway, trust me, i have the BEST medical care possible right now, and frankly NO ONE on earth knows my chemistry as well as i do i have 65 years of clear memory about how every substance that can be eaten or dranken affects my body

Dr Perricones original low inflammation diet is about the perfect thing for me, a few small items which i add or eliminate, but he pretty much knocked it out of the park with me, it is sheer perfection:)

about six months ago i used his wild salmon and wild blueberry regimen WITH NOTHING ELSE except H2O and standard vitamin supplements etc, and i lost EIGHT POUNDS of body fluids IN ABOUT THREE HOURS, my first step from 215 to 180 pounds over the past several months, so that is my diet to lose fliuds, however it needs to be used moderately so that i do not dehydrate too quickly…i have all the time in the world

Russell has changed the game forever but Amanda said she didn’t want to plan NOT because of Russell . She has had 3 tries never won .

Russell voting off Dannielle was nasty stuff . You could see Dannielle was never going to betray Russell but that’s what Russell does best lie .

I think the best option is too keep Russell in final 3 because if Rupert gets there he will win .

Amanda is too nice and pretty too ever win survivor she looks like my girlfriend . She can never get nasty like James tried to do and make a villain of himself . If anyone really wants to know how James got injured just ask Russell ? Clearly in that challenge Russell was the reason James got hurt it looked innocent but Russell pushed him and his knee buckled .

Russell will make final 3 if the girls are smart should Rupert make final 3 he will win .
