Next time on Survivor the Coyopa tribe has to start playing catch up on Blood Vs Water after two straight losses and Nadiya Anderson’s elimination.
Hunahpu pulled off a come-from-behind victory in the last Immunity Challenge, but with the Sumo/knock-out competition ahead this week we could see a shift. At the end of this week’s Survivor Live episode there was a sneak peek at the next Immunity comp and it looks like John Rocker might be Coyopa’s Goliath for this one. Well, unless Hunahpu’s Jon can pull off a David here.
The preview clip at the end of the first episode was more of a “this season on Survivor” than “next time on” set of clips. There’s hype that someone might be quitting the show and while that seems to happen a lot it doesn’t annoy me any less. I’m hoping it was just a bit of misleading head fake as CBS loves to pull in their promos, but it wouldn’t be surprising.
There’s also some drama coming up when a tribe loses their flint and makes a bargain with Jeff at the Exile arena when they all come together. That’ll also be where Natalie finds out her sister was voted off in Coyopa’s first Tribal Council. Nadiya hopes it’ll put a fire under Natalie’s feet, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
