CBS let some fans ask Survivor 2012 castoff Monica Culpepper some questions following her blindside elimination last week. Here’s what they asked and what Monica had to say about her Survivor One World experience:
Cathy J.: Did you have any kind of gut instinct about the type of person Colton is or did the stress of the show suppress women’s intuition?
Monica: I had a different relationship with Colton because I was his “Momica” from day three…he was incredibly homesick in the beginning of the game and I was a source of support and strength to keep him playing in the game. I felt that he had some sort of loyalty, but I got used.
RosAnne B.: Did the women even get together and talk about sticking together? Did you even check with each other to see if Colton was lying? If not, WHY???
Monica: The women, 100% whole-heartedly had a pow wow about sticking together when the men voluntarily went to tribal. Alicia broke that bond. It’ll be interesting to see what they do about that on the other side.
Cheryl W.: Monica…stay strong.. Colton must go. What would you have done differently with the other ladies?
Monica: If I were on the Salani tribe I would have enjoyed the victory.
Andrew G.: What was the hardest part of living on the island?
Monica: The nights were so long, so cold and so rainy. We just lived for that first bit of daybreak.
