The latest castaway to be voted off Survivor sat down on the beach for his “Day After” interview and shares reflections on the season and accomplishments that kept him moving in the game.
Dale Wentworth came out on the losing side of a 3-2 vote in this week’s Tribal Council after Coyopa failed once again to secure their safety (good grief), but he took the loss in stride and had a very positive attitude about his experience.
Ranking himself on a 1-10 scale Dale says he’d give himself a 7 for his performance on the tribe by proving his worth with shelter and especially making fire. Dale says he knew “there’s no way” he could have secured enough votes to stay, but he’s proud with how hard he worked to save his butt. His last day and a half were his hardest working days and from what we saw with his fake Idol moves I’m not surprised.
The experience was especially exciting for Dale because of how he got to spend the time with his daughter Kelley, who was voted out last week. He says this gave him a chance to see what a strong and capable person she has become in a way that you’d never get to witness elsewhere.
