Survivor tribe Hunahpu is facing a “stiff penalty” according to host Jeff Probst this week when they must barter for rice after finding themselves with no food left at camp.
After the Shuffle that sent the careful eaters of Coyopa to the greedy Hunahpu camp there was shock among the Coyopa castaways at just how much Hunahpu had been eating under the chef guidance of Missy. Seems Missy can’t count and now Hunahpu is out of rice and she’s off to clear the shelves of a new camp instead.
Hunahpu made a plea to Jeff for some rice following their Immunity victory which he promised to address after that night’s Tribal Council. Now the time has arrived and Hunahpu may not like what has to happen to secure their next meal.
In the preview clip Jeremy tells us he’s worried Jeff will clear out their tribe for the trade and he doesn’t want to let that happen. Alec thinks Jeff could dismantle their camp for the food. Heck, I was hoping it’d be something more extreme like a sudden death Tribal Council in exchange for food.
Jeff chastises the new Hunahpu for their careless behavior to get themselves in this position but that seems like a very unfair statement to the members of Coyopa who have joined them. Perhaps the punishment would be applied just to those four original Hunahpu members? Yeah, probably not. That’s not the Survivor way, is it?
What do you think will happen on the next Survivor 2014? What would be a fair trade?
