The Survivor castaways return from Tribal Council at the start of tonight’s Blood Vs Water episode following the not-so-surprising elimination of Josh Canfield, but what’s ahead promises to be very surprising. At least the target won’t see it coming.
CBS is billing this week’s elimination as the “Biggest Blindside Yet” and with the tribe’s tension set to eleven this should be a good one.
We’re about to see a sloppy Reward Challenge where some winners make another trade and one castaway goes digging for answers in another’s belongings. Think you know which castaways gets voted off tonight? Let’s find out!
Heading back to camp we hear from Reed who is worried about who he can trust meanwhile Jon is feeling good about jumping over to Jeremy’s alliance. The losing side of this split is realizing they’re set to be picked off one by one if they don’t do something fast. Keith might just have an idea on how to use his Idol to make something happen.
Reward Challenge:
A luxury cruise and lunch are all up for grabs in this muddy, messy comp. The tribe is split in to two with Alec, Baylor, Reed, Jeremy, and Natalie on the Yellow team and Jon, Jaclyn, Keith, Wes, and Missy on the Red team. The goal is to knock your opponent off a wobbly balance beam and score a point.
First up we’ve got Wes vs Reed. Wes tries to push off Reed but falls in and loses the match. Now there’s Natalie vs Jaclyn with a lot of moving and shaking, but again Yellow takes the point.
Jon vs Jeremy here and this should be good. Jeremy leans in but Jon pushes him back and off. Red gets a point but Yellow comes back with Missy vs Baylor when Baylor pulls her mom in to win.
Alec vs Keith with plenty of bouncing before Alec loses his balance and Keith takes advantage to get a point. It’s 3-2 as we go back to Reed vs Wes as Wes gets redemption and a point.
Things are tied up 3-3 with Jaclyn vs Natalie with another failed attempt to force Natalie off the boards. Jeremy could win it all if he knocks Jon off the board… nope. Jon gets the point.
Final match is between Baylor and Missy with both hanging on very well. Neither want to make a foolish a move and both hold back but soon Missy goes in and Baylor pulls her off. Yellow wins reward.
Before Jeff sends off the winners Natalie speaks up and gives her spot to Jaclyn. Jeremy soon makes the same swap for Jon. This is a “thanks” to Jon & Jaclyn for their big move last week. Next is to choose who goes to Exile. Baylor announces it’ll be Jeremy and she tells us it’s because she thinks he can find the Hidden Idol to help them. She doesn’t know Jon found it last week.
Over at Exile Island Jeremy is out hunting for the Idol and starts to realize Jon hasn’t been too honest with him. We see Jon back at camp starting to worry about Jeremy figuring this all out. Yep. This could be fun.
Immunity Challenge
The game is afoot this week. Actually, that’s the name of the challenge! The castaways will be playing this one using just their feet. They have to drop a bundle of blocks tethered above them then move the blocks over to make a three tiered cake of wood.
Keith, Jon, and Natalie have a very slight lead getting the wood blocks free. Now we’ve got Keith and Reed all the way up to the third row but a few other castaways start to catch up as others continue to drop and fall behind.
