Survivor 2015: Jeff Varner ‘Day After’ Interview [Video]

15 years of waiting and Jeff Varner made his return to Survivor before being eliminated during the fourth round of Survivor Second Chance. So how does he feel about his experience in his Day After interview?

Accompanying his new haircut Jeff has a positive but understandably disappointed take on making it just 11 days on his long awaited return to Survivor. Varner felt confident that he had come to take home the million dollar prize but now his competitors are out there playing for the money while he’s having his exit interview.

Sure, things didn’t turn out like Jeff had hoped, but he is taking away a lot of positive experiences in his short time on the beach. Jeff discusses how he learned to live in the moment and seize opportunities that he hopes he can take back home with him.

As for leaving voted out fourth, Jeff remains proud of the game he played and points out that millions of fans voted to put him back in the game and he left it all on the field.

So what went wrong? Drawing that yellow buff for Angkor. Yeah, gotta say that definitely didn’t help his game, but there were other choices along the way that lead him here.
