Another week, another Survivor 2017 blindside! This time it was another intra-alliance flip that took out one of its own numbers. Don’t be fooled by those Tribal Council tears. The blindside came from within the circle.
I love a good blindside, but I’m not convinced this was really the best move for their group. They had just regained control thanks to Sarah’s flip and then they go and risk things with one of their own. Of course can you really rely on anyone for more than a week with this much paranoia?
Zeke Smith was voted off last night on Survivor and he’s off to join the Jury in Ponderosa. His was a fun video last time for his elimination and I’m expecting the same strong, happy attitude again this time around as well.
As for the rest of the night, no big surprises at the reward challenge where the physical component was a pointless predecessor to the hour long card shuffle to figure out the key phrase. Then we had a quick immunity challenge with little drama. Overall the real story was Tribal Council of course and Andrea exacting her revenge for Zeke’s betrayal.
