Loved ones arrived and a medical situation soon followed during last night’s Survivor 2015 episode where another castaway was voted off Second Chance.
Eight players remained and we’re just a few weeks away from the season finale to reveal who will win Survivor Second Chance. Would someone fall victim to exhaustion and have to be removed from the game? It’s time to find out.
Read on to find out who was voted off Survivor last night and see if your favorites made it one step closer to the finale.
This week’s episode kicks off with the Orkun tribe heading back from Tribal Council where Fishbach came up on the short side of the vote and the castaways were down to just eight remaining at camp. They’re on the fast side of the second half and things are about to speed up, especially with the arrival of their family and friends during this episode.
Reward Challenge:
Wasting no time we get right to the hyped events with loved ones. Let’s see how this goes.
Castaways are recovering bags with puzzle pieces from across the playing field before they assemble a word at the end. It’s pretty even getting to the end but Kelley pulls away from the crowd and solves it first.
Kelley gets to pick three more and then Jeff lets her add one more for a total of five castaways and their loved ones. She selects Joe, Kimmi, Keith, and Abi. They’ll be enjoying a cookout at another location. That leaves out Spencer, Tasha, and Jeremy as those three head back to camp.
Immunity Challenge:
Immunity is up for grabs as castaways will balance a statue on a pole that is raised at gradual intervals. Along the way we’re expecting some medical drama, but what we didn’t expect was a double immunity situation. The last standing man and woman will both earn immunity.
Kimmi and Abi are out which means either Kelley or Tasha will secure themselves some immunity goodness real soon. Well, it isn’t Tasha. Kelley has immunity.
Spencer and Jeremy are out next which means yet again we’re down to Keith and Joe. So will the pass-out come before or after “the situation”?
After more than 80 minutes we watch as Joe collapses and the bench starts to celebrate before realizing something is wrong. Joe is crumpled on the ground as medical support races over.
Joe starts to wake up and says his legs went numb. The medic explains his blood sugar dropped too low and his body dropped him to the ground to get a good blood flow back to his brain. Jeff explains that Joe is okay and is in no danger of being removed from Survivor.
Keith and Kelley walk away with immunity.
Tribal Council:
Will it be Joe or Abi heading to Ponderosa tonight? Tasha’s reveal of a potential all-girls alliance has Spencer and Jeremy very nervous.
Jeff reveals the vote: Joe, Abi, Tasha, Joe, Joe, Joe.
Joe Anglim was voted off Survivor this week.
