The latest preseason Survivor 2017 spoilers reveal the tribal Immunity Idol for the Game Changers castaways. When the new Survivor season starts next week we’ll be watching the two tribes fighting to secure this little statue and avoid a date night with Jeff Probst.
Every season gets a new design with the tribe wide Idol and then later on we’ll meet the individual immunity necklace, something we haven’t seen yet for this season but while we wait Jeff is ready for his close up with the new Immunity Idol.
Well here it is, an old fashioned scuba helmet. Yeah, um, well. Okay it’s different for sure but much less “native” than we often see in these designs. It isn’t a totem or a statue in general, but rather a mini diving helmet. After a little more research it actually looks to be designed after the US Navy’s Mark V helmet as you can see with the curved metal overlays on the front glass and then the knobs on the neck. I’m no nautical expert though so that might not be it. All I can think is Bioshock.
It’s fun though and I do appreciate the diversion from the regular here with the Survivor 2017 tribal Immunity Idol. What do you think of the design for Season 34?
