Survivor One World: Leif Answers Twitter and Facebook Questions

Last week Leif became another casualty of Kim and her tribe of women on Survivor One World, and today we’ve got some answers he gave to fan questions on Facebook and Twitter.

Becky M.: What do you think your biggest mistake was?
Leif: My biggest mistake was not voting for Tarzan last night because everything else panned out just fine except that. Also, on the one immunity challenge that I gave immunity to Chelsea. I could have easily won it. I should have won it and gave it to Jay. I had no idea they were voting Jay out. That came as a huge surprise.

Amy C.: Leif did you have an alliance, or where you just banking on the fact that you weren’t that big of a threat?
Leif: It was both. I did have a slight alliance with some of the girls, or so I thought. That deteriorated really fast. One of my strategies was just to keep the target off of my back as long as possible.

Antonette V.: Leif did you actually trust Tarzan and what did you think after finding out it was his vote that knocked you off?
Leif: I know Tarzan and I had always had a lot of stories between each other and we stayed close in our little alliance but I guess that was just a really good front that he was putting up. I thought I had convinced him to vote for Kim but it didn’t pan out and she got me out. That hurts. It hurts a lot.

Danielle M.: What would you do differently?
Leif: Probably the one thing I would do differently is vote for Tarzan. That was the deal breaker.

Karl S.: Did you think that you would make it as far as you did?
Leif: I was very excited to have made it that far. Very humble and grateful, I gave it 100% and I didn’t stop. Knowing that makes it a lot easier in the end.

Kathy L.: Leif, did you feel you were at a disadvantage in the game? You played with a lot of heart!
Leif: I guess one of the disadvantages that I felt in the game was not really being taken serious. I know being a little person is a lot harder to convince people of what you want and for people to take you serious. So that was hard and definitely a disadvantage.

Robi E.: What was harder, learning to make fire or learning to fish?
Leif: Luckily, I grew up learning how to fish… living in the wilderness and going camping a lot when I was younger came in handy. They were both pretty easy but I guess I would have to go with fire – making fire is easier.

Kathy R.: If given the chance Leif, would you play the game again?
Leif: In a heartbeat. I would play again. There is nothing more unique than being out there. It is the number one thing I have done in my entire life, tied with marrying my beautiful wife and having my daughter.
