It was a busy show last night for Survivor 2017 as the remaining fifteen castaways faced the first tribe shuffle of the season as we went from three tribes to three tribes. Wait. Okay, so they’re make the tribes even again since Hustlers lost two weeks in a row. After the new groups were settled we saw them head in to the first reward challenge of the season, then the latest immunity challenge, and finally we closed out the night with a “shocking” tribal council.

After all those weeks of hard work to build a position of strength in their tribes the Heroes, Healers, and Hustlers are about to be tossed about and set in new groups.
This reward challenge is a series of puzzles and the new red tribe takes an early lead and continue to maintain this lead throughout the challenge. They pull out a win and get a peanut butter and jelly reward for their tribe, but the yellow and blue tribes are left with nothing. This was a winner takes all reward challenge.
Here the tribes will have to move a pallet across the obstacle course before unlocking the tarp that keeps all the puzzle pieces hidden. First two teams to assemble the puzzle will win immunity.
Red is the first team to get their puzzle pieces unlocked and they are also doing a pretty good job at getting their puzzle together while the other teams are not having an easy time getting their colors to match up. The red tribe (yawa) is the first to get their puzzle together and win immunity. Yellow is the second tribe to win immunity and that means that Blue is going to Tribal Council!
Jessica got a secret advantage to block a vote at Tribal Council, but her tribe isn’t going to Tribal, so who will she pass it to? She passed it to Devon!
Jeff asks how they all feel about their first Tribal Council as a tribe and Ashley and Desi aren’t happy about the way that Joe threw them under the bus. It is time to vote and Devon pulls out what we all thought was an advantage for him, but we find out that it is actually being used against him! He can’t vote, but can be voted out. After the votes are tallied, Joe pulls out his idol and uses it on himself!
The votes are in: Joe (by Alan), Joe (by Ashley), Alan (by Joe), and Alan (by Desi) and that means that Alan will be going home tonight on Survivor season 35 because the votes for Joe don’t count!
Alan Ball was voted off Survivor.
