Survivor spoilers are rolling in for your sneak peek at the first two challenges of Ghost Island starting this week! We’ll be starting off this season with 20 new castaways and they’ve got two chances to compete here in the first round.
First up we’ve got the dryland competition with the teams working as a whole to gather pieces from a bag, drag a heavy cart, and then assemble an oversized puzzle at the end. They’re going to be exhausted by the time this is over!

Next up the castaways will head to the water for some surf basketball. Tribes will be divided to work on different parts of the challenge with releasing buoy balls before the other group shoots baskets with them.
In the video below we get to see the Survivor Dream Team take on the Survivor press team and really they don’t make it too clear who won, but the stakes were three cases of beer!

As for what the Survivor 2018 castaways will get? We’re not told here. So one of these challenges will be for some sort of reward, probably a fishing kit, and the other is immunity. I’d guess the dryland comp is for immunity since that looks more demanding, but we’ll find out for sure on Wednesday’s season premiere of Ghost Island.
