Survivor Spoilers: Island of the Idols Week 5 Challenges And Tribe Swap Set

It’s Week 5 for Survivor 2019, and as we already know there is a tribe swap coming up this Wednesday for the Island of the Idols castaways.

Because of that looming tribe swap, CBS is being very smart on not releasing any kind of challenge photos so we don’t figure out who the two new tribes will be stacked up. We do have a few shots of the immunity challenge course, without any players. There’s also a separate reward challenge this week, and we have a quick glimpse of that and the reward itself. So be sure to check those images out below to get a sneak peek at what kind of challenge the 16 remaining castaways are in for this week. There’s definitely water and climbing involved. And probably a puzzle.

From the photos, we can tell there will still only be two tribes. So we aren’t going to see a split of three. It will be two teams of eight.

The video preview for this week does have a couple off spoilers, though, if you want to watch and check out the comments on YouTube. They’re a bit speculative, but actually include proof of one player who makes the Survivor 39 merge (it seems that an earlier video included someone wearing a blue buff, which isn’t either of the tribe swap colors, but now that buff has been altered to appear purple). But take that as you will. We have the video posted for you below.
