Last week we lost one castaway to a medical situation so there’ll be no post Tribal drama to sort out as the show kicks off and we should be able to get right back to the struggle for control of the new Dara tribe.
The Brains have had a double whammy for back to back losses against their once strong numbers and if Nick sticks to his plan of joining with the Brawns then it’s bad for old Chan Loh.
Teams are picked with Julia and Aubry and each side. They’ll be racing to cross a water course using two posts and all the balance they can muster. And yes, Jeff does say “Aubry takes a dump” in the middle of this challenge, but he doesn’t mean it like say, Darnell might have tried to do if he was still around.
Blue Team (Aubry’s picks) are doing terribly as Julia and the Yellow Team cruise on to the finish line while Blue hasn’t even made it one step out on their poles. It’s pitiful. Yellow wins a bunch of ice cream as their reward. Heh.
Castaways are back to the individual competition with this week’s Immunity battle. They’ll be standing on a small perch and enduring both the uncomfortable nature of the position and Jeff’s temptations of food and treats to get them to drop.
Oh we get a lot of drops but Julia falls before Jeff even brings out the food so she doesn’t get to enjoy. Jason, Scot, Michelle, and Joseph are all out over the temptation.
It comes down to Tai and Cydney. Cydney says she’s in no pain but Tai is clearly struggling and Jeff asks why he’s even pressing on when Cydney hasn’t broken a sweat. He sticks with it and… wins! That was brutal and Tai pulled off the win.
Someone will be voted off Kaoh Rong this week and we’ve been promised a big blindside for the audience. Hmm.
Jeff reveals the votes: Aubry, Debbie, Nick, Aubry, Jason, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick.
Nick Maiorano was voted off Survivor tonight. Nice blindside, ladies. Was that the right move?
