Meet the “Brains” tribe of Survivor 2016, Chan Loh. There are six castaways here, making up one third of the overall Season 32 cast, including an ER doctor, a chemist, and a former FBI agent. Can they outwit the other tribes?
Making up the Chan Loh tribe is Aubry Bracco (29), Debbie Wanner (49), Elisabeth Markham (27), Joseph Del Camp (72), Neal Gottlieb (38), and Peter Baggenstos (34). This group definitely takes the prize for the oldest castaway on Survivor Kaoh Rong with Joseph. Check out the Brains Tribe cast details and interview vids below.
Aubry Bracco – 29, Social Media Marketer, Cambridge, MA:
Aubry runs the Facebook page for a company. That’s her job. Her strategy? She plans to use her awkward, quirkiness to disarm her rivals and get to know them. If there’s one thing we’ve all learned from Survivor, it’s how much a tribe loves the awkward, outsider members of their tribe.
Debbie Wanner – 49, Chemist, Reading, PA:
Debbie comes across as pretty badass and I’ve got hope for her potential here. She’s very smart and has a lot of toughness to her too with a military background. Debbie thinks her life history has prepared her for Survivor Kaoh Rong and she’s ready to go.
Elisabeth Markham – 27, Strategist, New York, NY:
Elisabeth has her degrees in Mathematics & Game Theory from MIT which she hopes to apply to Survivor this season. She’s a card counter and thinks she can apply the same principles of beating the game while not acting suspicious. Elisabeth isn’t opposed to being the villain and expects her past training to help her be a provider to the Chan Loh tribe.
Joseph Del Camp – 72, Former FBI Agent, Vero Beach, FL:
Joseph works as a PI after retiring from the FBI so can we expect some hiding behind the trees at the watering hole like ol’ Tony? He likes adventures and thinks Survivor is at the top of that category. He might be old enough to be well retired, but Joseph has kept himself in great shape and should be a good competitor.
Neal Gottlieb – 38, Ice Cream Salesman, Sausalito, CA:
Neal bailed on the corporate world to travel the globe before starting an ice cream company that he hopes to be the next big brand. He’s been stocking up on the pounds in anticipation of losing a lot of weight through the Kaoh Rong season which he also hopes will hide his physical prowess.
Peter Baggenstos – 34, ER Doctor, Minneapolis, MN:
Peter is a doctor who doesn’t need an operating room, just his skills. That’s how he cuts you open: his skills. And please, don’t spend your time with him talking about how much Peter looks like Obama, as he spends much of his interview discussing… Yes, he’s smart, looks very fit, and could actually do pretty well on Survivor.
