Survivor 2016 Kaoh Rong wrapped up last night on CBS and delivered a lot of big moments through its two hour build up to the reveal of who won and the reunion show.

It’s always fun to see the Survivor castaways back and all cleaned up after living at camp for more than a month plus you’ve got the challenge of remembering “who are those people?” in the back row that were voted out months ago.

And how weird was the Sia interruption? Survivor does like to flaunt its celebrity fans! Nice on Tai for getting some cash along with support for a charity so it all worked out I suppose.

  2. Sia showing up was amazing! And donating 50 grand to the charity of Tai’s choosing AND another 50 g’s to him was most excellent. As much as he disappointed me when he joined Frick and Frack—everyone deserves redemption…and he certainly deserved it. Besides, who am I to judge? In the very true meaning of the Hindi word Namaste, “I bow to the divine in you,” Tai.

  13. Lol! That was SO cool, wasn’t it? I couldn’t believe she would actually be there! As soon as I heard her voice, I was like, “Could it be…no…maybe…”, and then I got a glimpse of her and I went crazy. Beautiful of her to do what she did. Good to see you, btw. :)

  14. I don’t even know who she is so the whole moment was wasted on me. I don’t begrudge it for other though. It was nice for her to give Tai some money.

    Still it went on too long for me. Again, it is probably because I don’t know her.

Yeah, if you don’t know who she is, it’s like “OK, who’s the crazy lady with the broom-stick hair and hat, and why is she giving money to Tai?” And yeah, even if you do know who she is, it went on for a bit too long..but I think that’s just because of Jeff’s inexperience with live TV. I mean, obviously he’s done live TV—but you know what I mean. Were you happy with who won?
