Survivor 2017 arrived last night with eighteen all new castaways across three tribes set to battle it out on the beaches of Fiji. One of them wouldn’t get to stay but three days unless a new twist was put in to play.
Ryan (Hustlers) found the secret “Super Idol” during the arrival phase but when his tribe won immunity he decided to pass it off to Chrissy on the losing Heroes tribe. She decided not to use the power though and secure her own spot near the bottom of the tribe. Too bad this wasn’t a “Super Strategy” power because she could probably have a little more use for that.
Katrina (Heroes) was voted off Survivor and sent home after just a few days in the game leaving the Heroes tribe down a member and crazy-eyed, “take off your pants!” Alan ready to run wild for at least another week in Season 35.
The challenge this week was pretty fun and another of the “which 3 options will you take?” with a twist that only one tribe could take each of the three puzzle parts for the last round. Turned out the simplest looking one really was the way to go and it earned the Healers a win. We’ll have to see if they can turn that in to a streak though after they were also the first tribe to grab fire upon arrival.
