Survivor Spoilers: Edge Of Extinction Week 2 Challenge Sneak Peek

Survivor 2019 is back for its second episode this week and we’ve got your first look at the challenge the 17 Edge of Extinction castaways will be facing.

This week’s Survivor 38 challenge is for both reward and immunity. And in typical Survivor fashion, it’s a ton of different steps and mixes physical and mental. The players start on a floating platform and must all swim to cages where they all have to climb inside and untie a giant snake. Then they have to maneuver the giant snake out of the cage and back to shore where they have to lay it out on its puzzle-like platform. Then one person from each team must figure out a combination that then unlocks some rings. Another player will then have to be the first person to make the required amount of ring tosses to win the challenge.

And based on the sneak peek video we’ve got, Keith is really holding up his tribe in the water. He doesn’t know how to swim and the tribes can’t move on until everyone makes it to the cage. Chris stays behind to help Keith get there, which really sets the tribe back. Will it matter in the end? We will have to tune in to find out.

Be sure to check out the challenge photo gallery below for a closer look at all the steps the castaways have to finish. Also, we have a preview of the first couple of minutes of the challenge where you can see Keith struggling and holding up his tribe.

Don’t forget to be back here Wednesday night as we bring you our second live recap of the season. We will be here throughout the episode giving you live updates of the challenges, the drama and who is the next person to get voted out and head off to the Edge of Extinction island.
