Survivor Spoilers – Season 35 Week 1 Challenge Revealed – Update: Video Added

Survivor 2017 castaways compete in S35 episode 01

Survivor 2017 kicks off this Wednesday with a one-hour premiere at 8/7c and we’ve got your first look at the castaways debut challenge of the Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers season. (That name is already getting annoying to type out.)

We’re still waiting on a “behind the scenes” video or a preview clip of the challenge in action, but it’s not to hard to see what’s going on in this set up. Castaways will start out on their colored mat, climb up a mesh net, pull a cart back up a track and then ride it down the rails. Something is going on in between the rails and the end stage where we can see three puzzles set up to go along with three balls back at the first platform.

From the shot of the tribes riding down the rails it at least looks like things are very close there, but as with almost all the Survivor challenges, the first physical portions are just a prelude to the great equalizer with the puzzles.

Since the Survivor S35 premiere is just one hour I wouldn’t expect a second challenge this week. A lot of time will be used up just getting the castaways off the boat and to their campsite. This challenge will probably offer both reward and immunity in one.

Any early guesses on which tribe can pull off the win here? Check out the pics below and see what you think.
