This Week On Survivor 2017: Game Changers Season Premiere

This week on Survivor 2017 the Game Changers season premiere arrives on CBS this Wednesday as 20 castaways, some of the biggest names in recent years, return to the game.

Get ready to see which castaways make the best of their second, third, or fourth attempt at winning Survivor, because apparently you can get four tries at a million dollar opportunity! It all begins Wednesday at 8/7c on CBS.

With two tribes this year we’ll soon be watching former allies pitted against one another while past opponents are about to become tribe mates. You’ll be watching Nuku versus Mana to get the season going with ten castaways on each side and no spoilers yet on who makes the merge later this season.

The season premiere for Survivor is a two hour event this week so it’ll run 8/7c – 10/9c but be sure to check your local listings to make sure. After the first week we’ll be back to just one hour episodes starting at 8PM ET but I’d expect a few double episodes along the way.

CBS teases us with a few tidbits for this first episode saying, “two castaways attempt to put their past behind them and start a new game while another castaway introduces the “spy shack” 2.0.” Tony Vlachos came up with the “spy shack” with great success so I would expect that to be him this time around. As for who those two castaways are who try to reconcile their previous differences, we’ll have to wait and see.
