This Week On Survivor 2017: Third Round Of Tribes & Returning Castaway Visits Exile

Survivor 2017 castaways are about to get whiplash with another round of Tribe Shuffle this week on Game Changers. And as for the returning player, it’ll be a private audience.

Jeff Probst offers up new Buffs on Survivor 2017

At first I thought we had hit the Tribe Merge, but looks like instead we’ll get a third set of tribes as the remaining fifteen castaways are split in two leaving the odd man out (or woman) heading off to Survivor’s Exile Island.

No spoilers yet on who ends up on each of the two tribes, but it sure looks like that’s the way things are going to go. Then maybe to keep things even for an extra week we could see the exiled player return to the tribe that loses someone this week, but that’d make for quite the extended stay on the island so maybe not.

CBS has revealed the returning player, and that’s not telling us a lot, will visit Exile Island and apparently meet with the one castaway there. I’d expect there to be some sort of potential reward or clue for the exiled player, but we’ll have to wait and see how that goes.

Once again the risk here for all the castaways is who gets the numbers advantage. We saw uneven tribes with steep challenges for the outnumbered players during the last shuffle and it’ll probably happen again. Anyone you’re hoping to see getting the short end of the stick this time around?
