Survivor 2017 S35 Tribe Merge

Next time on Survivor 2017, drop your Buffs. It’s time for the Tribe Merge!

Season 35 rolls on with its third iteration of tribes and this time all twelve remaining castaways are coming together around one campfire. The new tribe will be called “Solewa” as a combination of all three tribe names.

The new happy Survivor family will kick things off with a group meal courtesy of Outback, your go-to marooned island life dining place of choice. No real sneak peeks beyond that yet so we don’t even know what they’ll be competing in for the first individual immunity challenge, but I’m excited for the shift to more personal pressure.

Who do you think will be the first post-merge castaway voted off Survivor 2017 next week? Joe still has the Hidden Immunity Idol he picked up and Mike has one from the week before too. Think Joe will get the paranoia pressure to play his sooner than later?

  2. Good one. I also am looking forward to it. I would like to see Benn and Dr. Mike get together. Hope they realize they can’t trust their former buddies Chrissy and Ryan. I think Matthew is right was and Joe will use his idol early. Wonder who will get the idol in the community meal from outback. Hope Ben sees it.

    Near the top Ben, Jessica and Dr Mike
    Then Ashley, Desi, Devon and Lauren
    Cole and JP are portrayed in a poor light
    Chrissy , Joe and Ryan are the bad guys
    It is starting to get to be more fun ?

  5. ROFL Alf, Joe would like that to happen. Makes it easier for him to check everyone for idols. For Dr. Mike, just another day at the office, lol

    It’s not the bold, royal purple shade, I’d hope for, but it will do. Saw the new colored buffs in a photo at top of this thread, but only 10 survivors. Hmmm, wonder why?

  13. IDK. I wouldn’t mind seeing Sneaky Ryan & Chrissy teaming up with honest Ben & Dr. Mike…at least until they exterminate the real snake… Joe!

  17. Ben is my fave too, Brenda. I really hope him & Dr. Mike partner up b/c I think they’d go far. I think they might want to keep Ryan & Chrissy close tho b/c I think Chrissy will still want to work with Ben & having Ryan around will eventually help Ben go farther b/c people are going to eventually find out Ryan is sneaky.
