Another week, another torch snuffed and we have the results for who was voted off Survivor 2017 last night between the three tribes here in only the second week of the season.

The first week we were just getting to know the all-new cast but this time they were settling in to camp and learning more about each of the three tribes. Over on Healers there was a potential showmance in the works here between Cole and Jessica, Ryan was continuing to work on his bromance with Devon on Hustlers, and after Alan’s freakout the Heroes were looking for a new way forward.

Survivor 2017 Week 2: Hidden Immunity Idol

We know the Hidden Idol was going to come in to play as one of the story lines since CBS has already revealed that info in the preview. Cole and Joe discovered and unraveled the hint carved in to a nearby tree and that sends them on the chase for power.

Joe thought the map showed a raft, but it was the well, as Cole helped him realize. They went digging and Joe got his hands on it first. Now Joe is paranoid that Cole knowing about this could hurt him and he says if push comes to shove then he’ll put the target on him. Watch out, Cole.

Survivor 2017 Week 2: Immunity Challenge

With Heroes down a player we’ll see five for each time in the competition while Joe and Lauren sit this one out for Healers and Hustlers, respectively. The rest of the tribes will be split up with three in the water and two above ready to finish the puzzle when their water allies have retrieved them all from down below.

Along with immunity, first place gets the “ultimate” fishing kit. Second place also gets some fishing gear with lines and lures. Not bad. Hustlers sit out Lauren and Healers sit out Joe.

Hustlers take a huge lead as the first team to get all three of their puzzle bundles while Healers struggle to secure their bundles. Heroes have soon caught up with Hustlers at the puzzle station. Healers continue to dawdle.

Healers make a comeback! Healers win the luxury and Immunity. That means it’s Heroes vs Hustlers… Heroes win Immunity! Hustlers are heading to see Jeff tonight where one of them will be voted off Survivor.

Survivor 2017 Week 2: Tribal Council

Heading in to Tribal we’ve got the talk of either Patrick or Simone being the ones to go. Ryan wants to keep Patrick for his strength in comps, but acknowledges that he’s a loose cannon. Then again, Ryan points out that Simone is dangerously smart too. So which way will it go?

  129. Rupert was the provider and workhorse around camp.. Did all the fishing. Lauren is a fisherman and work horse around camp. It may be a stretch comparing the two.

  293. When there are two people who can really trust each other completely, it usually works out. I’m not too sure about Ali and Patrick, but Devon and Ryan have a good chance.

  328. Lol…It makes my legs look short. In my early career, I looked like Lauren Bacall—which I didn’t appreciate, because being a comedienne, I did not feel pretty. I was more suited to Carol Burnett. ANYWAY, a director asked me to do a photo shoot of some of Betty’s early, most famous photos. At the time, I hated it. HATED IT. So I have (somewhere) a stash of slides of me, posing as her. It got me a lot of photo shoots—which I hated with everything in me. I wasn’t a model. I was an actress! Looking back, I could slap myself.
    As George Bernard Shaw said,” Youth is wasted on the young.”
    That’s why I made the comment the other day, about never wanting to go back to my 20’s again.

I wasn’t as inclined to read further when I saw the headline had been posted in Sept. Why have that original story as the main headline for the site? Why not do it like BBN, where the latest news is the headline? I have to say, I love BBN, but this site isn’t feeling the same and the only reason I kept going was b/c my friends from BBN told me this site was great… You really should make the latest news the headline… JS. It’d attract more posters.

  394. BBN is a little different as there are three episodes a week PLUS live feeds overnight with BB After Dark, also.
    I would like to have a fewer number of possible thread posts as some have less than 20 posts and it’s hard to figure out where to be. It also takes time to shift from one thread to another.

    I like the puzzles, too…but you REALLY seem like a person who’d get off on figuring out answers to things. I’m more of the physical part of the comp—the swimming and untying, etc…

    I’m just going to say it: I have a brain tumor–it’s not cancer; and it’s small, but it’s going to have to be removed. But I want a pic of me while I still have my hair. Jeez, I really do sound like Raven.
    Did I tell you that my head was attached to my inverted spine at birth, so I had several operations to just put my head right at the duodenal area of my stomach, so I could just eat and the food would go right into the digestive area? Then I had several more surgeries to get the head on the top of my upside down spine.

    I’m not scared at ALL about the tumor. It’s going to take care of something that’s been causing a lot of pain, so i’m glad they found it. Honestly, I’m really not scared. The hair thing…yeah. I know how vain that sounds!! But, we’re women. And, I’m so lucky when it comes to my hair. I’m 55 and I have no grey. It’s thick. I used to do hair ads. Of course, it could grow back coarse and white…but that’d be cool! I’d make it my signature look!

  481. I don’t know of any for Survivor. I know you can use Roku and buy a $2 package that would give you Global east and west channel. That allows you to watch Survivor and BB Canada.

    There are some you use, but I don’t know them. Go down this thread and ask Cyril, he’s on the west coast also and use a stream to watch with us.
