Survivor Spoilers: Sneak Peek At Week 4 Challenges

Challenges 'Behind The Scenes' on Survivor 2017

New tribes mean new challenge dynamics this week on Survivor 2017. We’re saying goodbye to the Heroes, Healers, and Hustlers divisions as they’re about to be shuffled around to three different tribes. Which one will turn out to be the flop in this first round? Two chances to find out.

The first reward challenge of the season is here which means that even with these new tribes and all the craziness back at the camps we’ll get less time than we had seen in the first three weeks. That’s a shame and questionable timing in their production decisions, but okay.

Since CBS is hiding all the reveals on who ends up in each of the tribes we will have to wait and see them in action, but for now we’ve at least got the press photos showing us what the new tribes will face this week on Survivor.

For the reward it looks like castaways will have to untangle three ropes and work on a set of blocks in another phase. There’s also what looks like the arms of a slingshot, but I don’t see any stretch cords in the middle there.

For the immunity challenge, that’s under wraps. Literally. There’s a big platform with a tarp over it so that’s being hidden, but there are handles on it so I’d guess the team has to move it along. Step 1: Move it. Step 3: Win! We’ll have to fill in Step 2 later.

I’m waiting and watching to see if CBS releases a Behind The Scenes video with John Kirhoffer this week showing the Dream Team putting one of these challenges in to practice. Until then we’ll keep waiting to see what happens next on Survivor Season 35!

Update: CBS has posted the BTS clip for tonight’s Immunity Challenge. See it here:
