Survivor 2017 Shocking Tribal Council in Week 4

CBS is promising us a “shocking tribal council” following this week’s Tribe Shuffle on Survivor 2017 and it all kicks off tonight at 8/7c on CBS. Say goodbye to the Heroes, Healers, and Hustlers tribe as we say hello to three new groups of five.

The Hustlers lost two castaways in a row with Simone and Patrick voted off so now with Healers carrying the numbers advantage it was time to shake things up. All that hard work of building a position of power in the tribes could be wiped out, or with the right Buffs draw it could be made even stronger.

With an odd number of Survivor castaways left in Season 35, it would have required a sudden elimination or some sort of outcast island to take us down to two tribes, but that isn’t going to happen. CBS released press photos showing three columns of obstacles on the playing field so we can easily expect three groups again this time. Along with that, we’re shifting from one competition to two comps tonight. That’s a shame since I enjoyed the extra time back at camps.

  1. Can’t wait to see the new tribes and their members…I’ll leave the latter to Dr. Mike. Sorry.

    I too, would rather spend more time at each camp, than watch two comps. I want to see how these people interact with each other. Seriously, can’t wait to see the new tribes! Come on, 8:00 p.m.!

  2. I’m with you Matthew in wishing they had waited at least 1 more week to do reward so we had more time. Maybe it’s to give drama to tribes that lose. You don’t really need to add drama as there is plenty when you do the shuffle.

  5. All credit to you. Looking forward to tonight. Should be an excellent episode! Hopefully Dr Mike ends up with allies and away from Joe.

  6. Dr. Mike to team up with Ryan (brains, hustler/snake, worker bee). I can’t remember Ryan’s trusted ally’s name but those three would be the underestimated bunch. They could go far if they stay under the radar, sneakingly controlling the game.

  8. Devon seems nice but Allie the you tube assistant on the same tribe seems to be really smart and strategic.
    Would love to see Her, Ryan and Dr Mike team up. Chrissy as well and I’d have a group to root for!

    I like Ryan and Ally (Ali?)…so I hope they stay. The others can be picked off one by one. Would that be OK? :)
