The Survivor 2015 Jury has begun for Worlds Apart with Hali Ford taking the debut spot, but she won’t be alone for much longer. Tonight on Survivor another castaway is voted off and it looks like we’ll have fun watching that play out.

One castaway is set to make their own fake Idol and that could be what’s given Hali that shocked look in the photo above if it all falls apart once they reach Jeff Probst at Tribal Council. At least we hopefully won’t see Jenn Brown quit like she suggested in this week’s episode preview.

Tonight’s Survivor challenges will bring back the balancing act for Immunity and a brutal water obstacle course for Reward that’s going to leave a lot of castaways banged up before they get to the end.

We’ll be back here at 8/7c with our live coverage as we wait to find out who was voted off Survivor tonight. Find us on Facebook, Twitter, and by Email for even more Survivor fun.

  1. I really hope Jenn won’t quit. I can’t stand quitters. If it happens, it’ll be the fourth season in a row where someone quit.

  2. I’m thinking (hoping?) Jenn doesn’t quit and CBS is just faking us out. Maybe she’s just given up rather than quitting.

Rodney coming up with a fake Idol would be funny, but I’m not sure he’s clever enough to do that.

  3. I hope Jenn fights hard and wins immunity tonite. Rooting for Rodney or Dan for eviction.

  4. I’m glad Jenn didn’t get to go. That immunity challenge!! Oh she was SO close!!! I did like Joe. How spot on AWESOME was Rodney with the impersonation of Mike?! Hilarious!! I really want him to go far. Mike should go next episode, or from the preview, WILL, what’s HE still doing (t)here?!

  5. That would be incorrect. It’s the 8th week, but 9th episode. Don’t forget they ran 2 episodes back to back a few weeks ago, but those were 2 separate episodes with different names & numbers. This was definitely the 9th episode.

  6. You might want to actually go to the cbs website and see for yourself that Livin’ on the Edge is referred to as Episode 8 in some places and as Episode 9 in others. So, there.

  7. It doesn’t matter if it’s on their website or not. I’m saying it is incorrect to say this is the 8th episode. It’s not. That would be incorrect. CBS also labeled the last tribal council vid as the “8th elimination.” It wasn’t. It was the 9th. They made a mistake & are incorrect.

“So, there.” Seriously? Are you 12?

  8. So, CBS, the network that airs Survivor, is incorrect, and you, a fanboy know-it-all is right? Because you say so? CBS can number the episodes however they want. Just because they ran a special 2 hour episode with two different names, doesn’t mean CBS has to number them the way you think they should. Unless and until CBS says different, I’m going to rely on what they put on their website, not you. Nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah!

  9. Sounds like a plan. You rely on what is obviously a typo. I’ll rely on basic math.

You’re probably right, because there’s simply no way someone could have possibly put up the wrong number…

Oh, look at this. “Eighth eliminated castaway,” says CBS? You mean ninth. Joe was the ninth. But hey, keep on believing an obvious typo couldn’t possibly be wrong just because it was an error made by CBS.

  10. And because I feel bad for you making such a fool of yourself, here’s the final answer in all this. CBS’s press site with all the photos. Look below the photos as the names of the files…

In case you need that decoded, it’s short for Season 30, Episode 9, Screen Grab….

So again, last week’s episode was #9, and NOT #8.

In two more weeks you’ll have to start taking off your socks to keep up with all these numbers.

  11. If I didn’t have a life, I’m sure I could find and post plenty of links to examples where the episode is referred to as #8. I doubt this is a mere typo, because it is repeated throughout the CBS website. Due to this, I think it is not unreasonable to conclude that both of us are technically correct, but I doubt that you are mature enough to concede this. But until CBS decides upon a consistent numbering system, we will have to agree to disagree.

  12. There’s nothing to concede. It’s basic math. So far there have been 9 1-hour episodes including 9 Tribal Councils with 9 eliminations.

You can not disprove the above statement.

The doubling up of episodes could have happened at any point in the season. This year they did it between #’s 4 & 5. Just because episodes 4 & 5 aired on the same night doesn’t change that they were individual episodes.

Episodes 4 & 5 aired on March 18th. To again prove they are individual episodes, they both have their own episode titles. #4: “Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner” & #5: “We’re Finally Playing Some Survivor.” Look for yourself.

Sorry, I can’t understand why you’re fighting basic math & reasoning. I’ve explained it over & over again but you’re refusing to simply count to 9 and insist that someone from the web team sitting in a cube labeling the 8th week’s 9th episode of the season as #8 is now gospel.

    You’re on your own.

  13. If you visit the cbs website and click on the two hour episode to watch it, you will see that the episode is labeled as Episode 4. “Odd Woman Out” is labeled Episode 5, and so on and so forth. The episodes are numbered the way that I claim. It’s not a typo. If the special 2 hour episode of Survivor is indeed two separate episodes, how come there is only one opening title sequence at the beginning of “Winner, winner”? How come Jeff doesn’t do his “Previously on Survivor” voice-over in between “Winner, Winner” and “We’re Finally Playing”? The reason why is because they are not two episodes, they are one 2 hour long episode. Deal with it.

  14. There have been 8 one hour episodes and 1 two hour episode that featured 2 themes (hence the two names), 2 tribal councils, and 2 eliminations. Just because there were 2 tribal councils and 2 eliminations, doesn’t mean there were 2 episodes. Survivor has had two tribal councils and two eliminations in a single ONE hour episode before, and if you were a real fanboy, you’d know that.

  15. If the two hour episode is indeed 2 one hour episodes back-to-back, why are the opening and closing credits only shown once? Why doesn’t Jeff do his “Previously on Survivor” voice-over in between the episodes? Why can’t you just admit that I’m right?

  16. I think that the problem is that the producers of Survivor have numbered the episodes differently than the way CBS has numbered them. Perhaps, Winner, Winner and We’re Finally Playing are two episodes for the purposes of production, but in terms of broadcasting, they are only one episode. My original assertion was and is that CBS has numbered the episodes differently–an assertion which is technically correct. You can claim that it’s a mistake or typo all you want. The fact remains that CBS has numbered the episodes the way that I say they have, and it doesn’t appear to be unintentional.

  17. “You can not disprove the above statement.” Are you serious? I’ve totally disproven it. Just because you are in denial and refuse to accept my evidence, doesn’t mean I’m wrong. You can stick your fingers in your ear all you want, it doesn’t change the facts.

  18. If the two hour episode is indeed 2 one hour episodes shown back-to-back, why are the opening and closing credits only shown once? Why doesn’t Jeff do his “Previously on Survivor” voice-over in between the episodes? Why can’t you just admit that I’m right?
