Tonight On Survivor 2018: ‘Fate Is The Homie’

Update: Find out who was voted off Survivor tonight with our live recap results!

Survivor 2018 is back tonight and the 15 remaining castaways are in for another tribe swap.

It’s not official, but at this point in the game, you can expect there to be three tribes of five. It just works out that way mathematically and historically.

In the sneak peek below, we don’t get to see much, but we do get to see some varying reactions to the shake-up.

“Naviti has been on a winning streak, Malolo on a losing streak,” Jeff says as the Tribes stand at attention on the beach. “See what happens now. Everybody, drop your buffs. We’re switching tribes.”

And faces melt, but a few perk up. Like Michael’s and Jenna’s.

“From a game point of view, it’s kind of like a saving grace,” Michael tells Jeff. “Now that things are getting shaken up again, it looks like maybe a bright light at the end of a tunnel for me and Jenna.”

Most people, are a little less excited than Michael.

“From now on it’s a race to the merge and beyond,” James says. “And what happens today could be really critical to everyone’s gameplay.”

Desiree is nervous, but she is putting it in fate’s hands.

“Jeff, why do you have to do this,” she asks in a confessional. “Depending on the buff I pick up, I could be in trouble. I’m just praying that fate does its part and that fate has my back. You know, fate is the homie.”

So now we know why this episode is called “Fate is the homie.”

Since they’re switching tribes, we don’t get to see any competition previews or photos because they don’t want us to be able to figure out how the switch plays out. But be sure to check out the seak peek from the moments leading up to the switch below.
