Survivor 43: Meet The 18 New Castaways!

It is Premiere Day for Survivor 43! Every season of Survivor is filled with exciting twists, exhilarating challenges, and impressive gameplay. At the heart of all of that, we have 18 castaways fighting for their chance at winning the game of Survivor. I have introduced the Baka, Coco, and Vesi tribes for Survivor 2022 separately, but let’s take a look at the cast as a whole, shall we?

Every season we have inspirational, funny, and charismatic castaways. We also get our fair share of people who don’t seem to have watched an episode of Survivor in their lives. This season, like seasons past, we will likely see a pretty healthy mix of it all!

So who are these castaways? Let me introduce them to you again!

  • Lindsay Carmine – 42 years old – Downington, Pennsylvania
  • Cassidy Clark – 26 years old – Austin, Texas
  • Karla Cruz Godoy – 28 years old – Newark, Delaware
  • Nneka Ejere – 43 years old – Weatherford, Texas
  • Mike Gabler – 52 years old – Meridian, Idaho
  • James Jones – 37 years old – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  • Owen Knight – 30 years old – New Orleans, Louisiana
  • Noelle Lambert – 25 years old – Manchester, New Hampshire
  • Sami Layadi – 19 years old – Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Jesse Lopez – 30 years old – Durham, North Carolina
  • Ryan Medrano – 25 years old – El Paso, Texas
  • Dwight Moore – 22 years old – Collierville, Tennessee
  • Elisabeth “Elie” Scott – 31 years old – Salt Lake City, Utah
  • Morriah Young – 28 years old – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  • Jeanine Zheng – 24 years old – San Francisco, California

Among the cast members, we have a Paralympic track and field athlete who lost her left leg in a moped accident. We have a former gang member turned Political Science Ph.D. earner. We have a heart valve specialist, clinical psychologist, middle school performing arts teacher, and so much more.

Tonight, every one of these contestants will begin their journey for their chance to win the title of Sole Survivor and the grand prize money!
